They go the extra mile to help you. Even though my finances fell through they tried very hard to work with me. I will definitely go back as soon as I can to get my wheelchair. I will just go through my bank instead of affirm.

Disappointing Van Purchase Experience
Bought a van from them 6 months ago. when we got the van, I was told it was in great condition and remodeled etc. No warranty for the 2008 van, but when we asked about adding one, it cost $3,000-ish out of pocket, which seemed unreasonable. Now, the van has air conditioning, airbag, recall and wiring issues by the sliding door.lack of transparency.

Alan Arthur took the time to get to know us and really understand our needs. We purchased a used Dodge Caravan to accommodate our daughter’s power wheelchair, and when we had trouble finding a day to pick it up, they brought it to us. When we had an issue with the manual ramp, they repaired it right away. Overall we are happy with the service we received and would recommend MobilityWorks!

Kris K. is a 5 star quality workmanship technician. I personally watch while a complete rewiring of my Harmar scooter lift being redone. Harmar wiring from the factory is poor.

I purchased a van here a year ago and when it came time to sell it, I contacted Alan Arthur about a buyback program. He said he would get with the folks in Ohio to come up with an offer. He came back with a very reasonable, fair offer with no pressure to complete the new vehicle purchase. He said find your replacement vehicle and let him know and they would set up the trade in process. After a couple of weeks, I found a vehicle and the whole process was all handled by Alan at Mobility Works. His work on this was greatly appreciated at my time of loss. Many thanks to Alan and all the employees at Mobility Works over the past year plus.

We have worked with MobilityWorks in Iowa and now in Omaha. They are both great. We take our modified van for maintenance to Mike & Chris on 60th. They do a great job and go above and beyond to ensure our van is working well. I recommend them highly.
