My son took his car here for an oil change. I think they just take the money and make you sit for a while. A week later my dad checked the oil and it was a quart low and the filter was filthy. I had taken a car here for an oil change 10 years ago and they forgot to put oil back in and it died a week after never to be revived again. Avoid the tire and lube department. It's not worth it!

They stopped letting people in the doors 15 minutes before they closed the night before thanksgiving. I needed to grab one thing I was missing for thanksgiving dinner but I guess were forced to go without it.

I went to Walmart today, Sunday, at 12:30 In the afternoon to return some lamps. Walmarts customer service counter was closed at 12:30 on a Sunday. I asked to speak to a manager and when the manager showed up, she was so rude and unprofessional. She told me that I would have to come back in 30 minutes when the girl was back from lunch,I told her that would not work for me and asked that she take my return, she told me that she didn't have time to do that. The customer service counter was roped off and the lights were off, but there were 2 employees standing behind the counter, I asked what they were doing and the manager said they were waiting for her to tell them what to do. So this clearly was NOT because of lack of help. I shop at this horrible store every week and spend hundreds of dollars each week and this is the way they treat their customers, unbelievable. I have had it with being treated poorly by places of business that I am helping to keep their doors open. Shame on these rude and unprofessional people. I will be calling Walmart's corporate office first thing in the morning to register an official complaint, but I am not at all confident this will do any good. I will also be calling Lamps Plus corporate office in the morning. The lamps were from Lamps Plus but shipped by Walmart, I am going to tell them what horrible customer service Walmart is providing to their customers and let them know that they will be losing customers because of Walmart treatment. I would suggest that they find a different retailer to partner with, as Walmart will hurt their business. I will Not Be shopping at Walmart any longer. There is a Super Target right in the next parking lot that will now be getting my $200 per week, hopefully more people will follow and stop letting them get away with such terrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would, that is truly what they deserve. Thanks

This is a BIG Walmart. The store is well organized and clean. I wanted to especially write a review to acknowledge Allison feom the Pharmacy. I spoke to her on the phone pruor to arrival at store. When we arrived to pick up my prescriptions, Another clerk told us that there was 'No order for me'- SO frustrating when this happens. I told this employee that I had spoken to Allison. Then Allison came to assist, and found my order right away. She was very helpful on the phone and in person at the store.

I hate them stopping to check my bags on my way out. I had someone at this location check every single bag (10+) and scan at least one item from each to compare with my receipt. If you're going to waste my time scanning everything in the cart, why did I even bother using the self-check? I should have waited the half hour in line for a staff person to do it, but they'd probably still stop me to ransack my bags. Apparently, a 45yr old, frumpy librarian looks very suspicious.

I've had very mixed experiences with this Walmart in particular... Honestly, I only go to it because it's near Sam's Club. Otherwise, I would visit at least two different Walmart stores before this one. In general, the staff is not very friendly and the store is always busy. Currently it's under construction, but it was always a mess before too. They do have a good selection of products and most of the time, this stuff is in stock as it should be. So at least I know when I go there, I can usually get what I need. I wish I could say better about it, but it's really a mixed bag when you go.

My mother and me went to the nail salon in there and we were a little into our appointment when two lady's came in which were regulars as they were saying to everyone in the nail part and as soon as our nail lady's saw them they rushed to get our nails done and get to them. Even got up from us to sit them down and put stuff on their legs. When the lady was clipping my toe nails (my toes are not the straightest so I clip some differently so they look straight when looking at them) she made them so messed up didn't file and they were jagged. Polish was sloppy because of how fast they were going to get to the other lady's.

Today I became one of those people that walked out a store leaving a full cart. (I did put all the freezer items back in the freezer first. I am sad that I left my favorite Easter candy that I haven't been able to find anywhere else, but after standing in line for a register for 15 minutes with no movement it was time to go. Every register was piled up at least 8 deep and many registers had blinking lights but no one seemed to be checking on those employees. Save many minutes of your life and stay away from this Walmart. It's a mess. Time to go spend my money elsewhere.

Have you noticed ever since COVID-19 started Walmarts prices skyrocketed it's ridiculous and the way they treat their customers and employees is awful. Now at least we know why they have so high of turn over in all the employees.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The staff that work at this location are racist. Marty the older women that stands at the door is by far the worst Walmart worker I've came across. If your gonna check receipts check everyone's! I won't be back to this Walmart I'll stick to target right down the road.

7/7/19 Update - Within the last couple weeks we have noticed the workers maintaining the self-checkouts with the belts have updated their creeper game. While mid-swipe I have had a worker look over my shoulder (several times), talk about what I am scanning to another worker and just yesterday had a worker continuously fix the handheld scanner after I have used it and before I was done. While I totally understand they need to do their jobs, this is a little over the top. It feels like there was some policy passed that they need to be within 2 feet of me. No not everyone else, just me. I say this because in the instances above there were people at the other two scanners and the workers didn't pay a bit of attention to them. Not sure what is printed on my forehead, but, I would really like them to ignore it and read someone else's. With the above and the people stopping me when I leave, I now feel like they are treating me as some sort of criminal and as such, have reduced my review to two stars. Good luck Yelpers!

The people hired here are racist. I was with my friend and he was trying to receive a moneygram here. When he showed his passport as an ID, the lady working here gave him a nasty look and said she wouldn't serve him. She said the same when he showed his green card. A passport is actually better prood of ID than a driver's license. We definitely won't return here.

I tried to order groceries online from Walmart for delivery. I am disabled, have no car and can not drive so I have no way to get to a store or any one to take me and must get groceries delivered.When I sent the order in I placed a time for delivery,my address and that they needed to call because my apartment complex does not have doorbells and has locked security doors. When I got my email order confirmation it did NOT say my order was for delivery but I had to go pick it up.I had to cancel my order and they will not take the charges off my bank account for up to 5 days because they made that error. I will not be ordering from Walmart again!
