Kristi was fab to work with, too! I called and spoke with her ahead of when my son was moving back to Omaha to store his things while looking for a home.
All sounded great so reserved a unit for him. He only needed for a month because he found a place quickly but was nice to know he could use as long as he needed!!

They did keep changing delivery date but customer service did keep me advised as to where my furniture was and tried to keep me intouch with the driver. All workers were polite and courteous. Good movers as to loading and unloading and reassembling my furniture. Never having used a moving company before this was a good first experience.”

“TRUCKER DIRECTIONS: Come in from 30th street onto Spaulding Street. Go south on John A Creighton Blvd. Then go east on manderson Street as if you're going back to 30th. When you straighten out your truck and trailer you them back across the street to the dock all the way in the back by the dumpsters. The dock is shaped weirdly so it will be tough to dock correctly on your first try.”

His thoroughness and communication really put me at ease.
Michelle, the moving coordinator, deserves a special mention. Her communication couldn’t have been better—she was proactive, always available for questions, and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. It was clear that the crew respected her as well, which made everything flow even more smoothly.
The loading crew was exactly what I hoped for—efficient, careful, and effective in getting everything onto the truck. At delivery, the driver Eric and Larry were outstanding. Not only did they handle everything professionally, but they were also genuinely good folks, which made the final stage of the move much more pleasant.
Overall, everyone I worked with was communicative, professional, and made the entire moving process far less stressful than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.”
