Great place for tweens and teens. I take my sons here on weekend nights and they have good, clean and safe fun. My boys like the crowd and the people who work here.

Good location for ice skating that possesses a cafe with pizza and popcorn and rooms for birthdays. Older location that is not the cleanest but gets the job done for a fun and cheap event.

The young girl seemed really bothered that needed to exchange skates for a different size. I told her thank you and she said nothing and just walked away. Pretty rude.

Worst employees ever. Been coming here since it opened. Asked the girl if they were going to make more popcorn (6pm) she said probably not takes too long to clean up and it’s too late in the day. Weird they have multiple hockey games left tonight and don’t close until 10pm. Disgusting attitude and work ethic. Does this place have a manager?

So much fun and the snacks are delicious. Great place for teens and the evening skates have lights and music. The hot chocolate is yummy and the nachos are fire. It's a must go in Omaha.

Love this place! The kids love it and I can afford to go there regularly. The staff and management are friendly and visible. My only recommendation, which was enough to take away a star, get more of the walkers!!! (Walkers= The blue walker like sleds kids use to not fall). To get one you must be there when the doors open because there are no time limits or age restrictions, it's first come first serve. I only counted 18 of them, which was a small fraction of the kids skating on a Saturday. It almost came to blows when the adults were trying to retrieve one for their kids! I imagine it takes room to store, but it took 45min of our two hour visit to get one for our skaters and that made for tears and frustration.
