I am super duper pleased with our nails! My daughter and her friend wanted to get their nails done and I took them here. With the new owners this place is a hit, Ruby was so sweet and offered complimentary drinks for free. The acrylics were super affordable and look amazing! Danny gave me an amazing pedicure, I have runners feet and they have seen better days. Danny fixed my feet and made them look amazing! We will definitely be back, we love the new owners!!!

Rude employees! I think the response below speaks volumes of what I meant by rude employees. It appears that by the responses to people's complaints, they have a crazy one running the business. What a joke of a nail salon. Stay away!

Not good! Very basic pedicure with no lotion! My big toenails are not straight- they are slanted and the color is streaky. Do not recommend going here!Service: Pedicure

Love the staff. They take pride in their work. I have used several different ladies and a gentleman in the years I have gone there. All are excellent. Nail bar is clean and has all Covid protection in place. Always impressed with color selections available.

I had my nails done one time here and the last 2 times I tried using them again, AFTER I made an appointment, they were not there! I could’ve went to other places, but after making the appointment they wasted my whole day! Doors locked and no note or phone call. Again…. This is the 2nd time!!!! Please don’t waste your time, I gave them 2 opportunities to earn my business back, but not again! Very unprofessional business.Service: Dip powder

They charged 25% more than I usually pay for dip and didn't even give me a manicure. Just took off the old and put on new without any cuticle treatment. My nails were stuck to my fingers and there are gaps without polish on the sides of my nails. There are better places that cost less.

Have been coming here for the last year or so. Enjoyed their service until now. Went there on Thursday with my daughter. I received a pedi, she received powdered dip. Within 4 days, 6 nails FELL OFF. No damage to nails, they just fell off. She called them and came back in to get them fixed. THE OWNER ACCUSED HER OF RIPPING 6 OF THE NAILS OFF!!!!! Um, excuse me? WTHELL would she rip off 6 nails? I typically tip well too! I will NO LONGER GO HERE. What an a$$ to accuse her of that. Seriously. And she drove in from Fremont to receive this treatment. SMH.......pathetic. UPDATE: After telling the man who works there her pinky nails felt lose, he chose to ignore her and a few hours later- it popped off. This place is useless! If I could give a -star review, I would. I am bewildered that someone would accuse their customer of this. Disgusting.

My friend and I got pedicures today, we're both in the service industry. We were SHOCKED how rude they were. I'm not sure if it's because I used a gift card that I received for my birthday or because I had to cancel an earlier appointment but I HAD planned on getting my nails done after the pedi (if they could) or make an appt for tomorrow but noooo wayyyyy

DO NOT COME HERE. EVER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE EMPLOYEE. I have gone here a couple of times. But this was the first time I've ever felt so upset. Only go to Paul, don't go to anyone else!! I called because one my nails chipped, after 2.5 weeks and I get dip nails every time. I can go about like a month and I have no issue when Paul does it. The last time I went there, another lady did mine and she did it very quickly, felt very rushed. I swear that she only dipped my nails maybe 2 times while Paul does 3 times and does a very careful job. I called and Paul told me that I can come in and fix this one chipped nail. I get there today and that lady comes up to me super angry and saying I banged my nail on something and it chipped?! I literally had my nails perfect and then I came out of the shower with it chipped. I noticed how thin my dipped nails are while they are typically very thick. I don't recommend this place unless you only go to Paul. I wasn't even upset or angry about the chipped nail, I really liked them. But wow I've never had someone come up to me and be so angry about something I wasn't even angry about. They could've said that I would have to get a full set, which is what I would be fine with. So I just feel really uncomfortable going to this place and fear I'll get yelled at by an employee there. Take this review how you want it. Update: I just tried to call them to set up another appointment, but they pick up and keep hanging up on me. How unprofessional of them to do that. It happened 3 times now. Don't even waste your time and money at this place. Another update. She literally called me and said "we don't need your service, this is my shop, don't come back" wow... I've never ever had to deal with someone so unprofessional like her.

Not good. Very little foot massage. They did not give us an option to level up, got a basic pedicure... nothing extra, couldn't even ask for better because they didn't understand us.
