Hello,
My experience here was amazing! I had gone to a different nail salon in Omaha (I just moved here) for the exact process: dip on natural nail and may I say this salon did a much better job!
The nail tech, Mi, was super friendly and diligent with his services. If you’re not from around and want to treat yourself, this is the place to go! 😄

Great place to get pedicures. Reasonably priced and usually fairly quick to get into without an appointment. You can get discounts if you use their punch cards.
Cleanliness: Everything is sanitized for each customer.

I went in for a fill after someone recommended this place to me. The people were nice and my nails came out good,they did rush to do my nails. and after not even a week FOUR of my nails have already just popped off! My nails always last me a month or more! Will never be back

My wife had a horrible experience at this place. She paid to get Meni and pedi but the technicians would skip her where she eventually ran out of time.

The owner is very nice, one reason I went back. This time however pedi was horrible. Toenail poked, and cut too short, water was too hot, stone were cold, one foot got most of what it was supposed to, the other did not..towels burned my feet. Very disappointed.

Nail Experts was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. They have a huge selection of nail options and colors, making it easy for everyone to find something that suits them. I really liked how the staff 'read the room' in that they took notice of customers who wanted to be social and talk, as well as those who preferred to just relax. I'll definitely be back!

I first went to this place by recommendation from a coworker and I will never go anywhere else. Tina and her staff are very meticulous, detail orientated, and understanding. I always make an appointment but they do accept walk ins as well, but as with anywhere, if you walk in you may have to wait, because they give preference to those with appointments. The prices are very fair and can even be cheaper than the competitors. Overall 10/10

Couldn’t be happier. Went here for the first time and it is now my permanent nail salon. Staff is kind and really takes their time on your nails. They aren’t in a rush and it shows.

I have been going to Nail Experts to see Tina for 4-5 years now. It’s hard to find a trusting nail place, but I can honestly say this is the spit! Tina does a great job with my nails and I always have great pedicure experiences, too!Services: Foot massages

My favorite nail spot! Always friendly and quick, very reasonably priced. My dip nails from here stay much longer vs other nail salon. Tina is very funny and sweet and if ever you chip a nail or need something fixed, she’ll do it gladly for free!

What I asked for versus what I got did not match. As I was going through the process I figured he knew what he was doing. As time went on the colors didn't get any better. When i brought up the picture at the end I was told "they match". Also my nails are completely off, they are jagged and not straight. I got square shape.... I will not be returning. I felt rushed and it seemed like they just wanted to get me in and get done to get money.Service: Acrylic nails

I went in with my daughters and three pedicures one manicure that night. The two of the pedicures were smudged were not done, correct, went back to next day, only to have to do it myself, and was not given any attention, even though I had called and asked to come in, and they gave me the time, I paid over $160 with a 20% tip that should’ve received better serviceServices: Pedicure
