I asked for a design and got something completely different. Green dip color looks transparent and is super thin.. it hasn’t even been a week and the acrylic dip already broke causing my natural nail to break as well 😕 not going back

My nail tech was awesome although she didn't talk at all. No conversation. The man that sits at the front coming in was cold and stand offish. Basically treating me like why are you here? Didn't look up. Didn't really say much. Rude would be the best word to describe. I will return one more time just to see if the atmosphere changes. I'm looking for a new nail shop closer to where I moved. My two stars ? are for my nail technician Lisa.

Came in to get a pedicure since it was my birthday and just wanna to give them a shot since my regular place was full and was greeted nice and asked to sign in after that it was just go go go thru lady I had was very rough cut me 2x while cutting my cuticles barely gave a message and cut my toe nails in an angle. Not only that but she even grab the wrong color until her coworker called her out and said that's wrong when she painted them she kept painting my skin and did clean it up but would also smear the toe again. Just overall disappointed!

I went in for a mani/pedi. I feel I just got nails polished. I still have calluses and dry hands and feet. I felt very rushed. very poor job.
