terrible delivery drivers. we are overpriced and dont get deliveries on time. had to cancel multiple transactions because drivers cant arrive when they say.

Omg! I just stumbled across their "Optical Eye Care" area....they have only been there about a month! I found my perfect eye glass frames ..they do not do eye exams (yet anyways) but the staff was so helpful in assisting with the shape of our face and the perfect lens shape! So I am scheduled for my eye exam and plan on returning for me glass frames ..thank you Cassidy!! It was a very nice environment and lots of inventory to choose from! Value was great for name brand frames, Gucci, Dolce Cabana, Betsy Johnson to name a few ....you get what you pay for! So for me it was a great value

Per customer representative, I called the number mentioned. What a waste of time. Was told "Not sure why she told you to call us. Not sure why your padding is bunching up under your carpet, but your installation warranty expired so there's nothing we can do to help"'. Will never buy flooring from NFM again. Their customer service has gone way down hill.

A year later has now passed with no contact from NFM on the carpet that is a different color than what was ordered. I did finally receive my money back from the low quality defective furniture that was purchased. Mr Scott Baker failed to respond to the facts I has presented convergent with the NFM stating the furniture was indeed damaged. Brenda never responded to her request for information. Thus, if you want 7 day furniture of low quality, if you want poor customer service, then by all means shop here. There are .any good employees there. However, their top management are far removed from the Mrs. B era, their buyers are only concerned with providing you, the customer with furniture that is "valued produced " in hopes you'll be back to spend your hard earned money...that is not how NFM....Mrs B built her business and reputation. Look forward to any place, but here when you need to purchase products any products for your family. Make a drive to ther stores that handle something NFM does not...quality products and customer service...you'll be glad you did.

If you don't feel like making the 4 hour drive to IKEA in KS, this is the next best thing. No really, it is except the prices are a bit higher than IKEA. They have SO MUCH to choose from and so many items out on display. All of the staff here are super friendly and ready to help or answer any questions. They have a lot of budget friendly items and a lot of items that are higher end. Definitely a place take around and they even have an electronic store on the other side of the parking lot. Another thing to note is this place can get busy on the weekend.

had to come to this place three separate times to try a buy a couch because they thought my check was fraud. the last and final time they had to call the "manager" over to verify my account but it was actually a cop....... i really have no idea why i put so much effort into this place but i'm never going back here.

The salesman lied straight to my severely disabled mother multiple times about delivery and removal of the old stuff being replaced. The truck drivers were extremely rude and ended up cussing me out, flipping me off and ignoring me when I tried to talk to them. Absolutely horrible experience all around. Don't shop here, is my strongest advice.

The issue with the wash machine not working could've been resolved right then and there when the gentleman came to set the wash machine up. Instead, he left like it was ready to go. Unfortunately, that left my friend and his four children without a wash machine for a week and a half. Totally unacceptable.

First time experience buying all new furniture for my new home. This was the worst experience of my Life. I had multiple items be rescheduled due to being out of stock even though the sales person said this item is a show model and they have it come in monthly. I purchased my items in June and finally received everything the end of October. my couch and coffee table was the last item to arrive, the couch was delivered and it was wrong, it was three more weeks before I could get it swapped for the correct one. the coffee table arrived with pinholes which I called and complained about and now there's dust accumulated around the holes. NFM has yet to take care of this issue, it's obvious some sort of bug lives in it. I have SO MUCH MORE to write but this whole experience just makes my blood boil! HORRIBLE! never again. Its pretty sad I have to google how to take care of my coffee table until they decide to replace it and do the right thing. who doesn't love their new home to smell like vinegar .

They screw up a lot. They sold us a table with a warrantee. The finish on the table was sticky. They wouldn't honor the warrantee. We bought a six piece sectional. They delivered two right ends. It took them over a month to correct this. They need to get their crap together.

I was here in October 2023 with my friend & his family & I am impressed with how much things there are to see & buy! I've been to Nebraska Furniture Mart before, but I was a kid or a teenager when I was there with my mom. The customer service is amazingly knowledgeable & excellent on their customer service! I would recommend shopping here especially if you're a "out of towner" who doesn't live near Omaha, because the value of shopping here is pretty excellent! Great value!

0 stars here. I purchased an expensive couch and scheduled a delivery for Saturday. I was promised by the salesperson I could change my delivery time since I worked until 1pm on Saturday. when I got my time slot for 10am-1pm I called and the lady on the phone told me I was the last delivery of the day. I thought ok I can make it home by 12:45 and be there for delivery. they called me at 9:40am on there way. I was thinking no! I'm not in that slot. they called again around 10:30am which I couldn't answer. I answered at 10:45am with someone who stated they are at your place. I'm like how? You had 10 deliveries scheduled from 10am to 1 pm. So now I still have no furniture and won't for 2 weeks b/c they can't work with the customer. I will never do business with them going forward. They lied to me twice. Isn't the memo sell cheap and tell the truth? Well they lied to me twice, once to my face and once over the phone!

Recently I recevied notification of a product recall affecting the Party Time Sofa Set manufactured by Ashley Furniture due to possible fire hazard from illuminated cup holders. I contacted Ashley Furniture to inquire about the course of action to rectify what they claim needed to be done. I continued to schedule an appt. 7-10 days later a technician from NFM came out and I observed the work over the course of 45 minutes to an hour that he cut wiring and installed new cup holders. After completion and prior to leaving he took pictures of his work and tested stating that one of the cup holders was quote "independent." At that time I began to question why I even allowed NFM to damage furniture that I paid well over $2000 for! Previously, touching either cup holder would illuminate the lighting strip running along the base of the sofa, but not so much anymore, therefore I'm worse off now than what I was before! Contacted NFM Customer Service Manager "Rob" and told they could "send another technician out." To be clear I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER NFM TECHNICIAN IN MY HOUSE! If NFM cares about their reputation they will rectify this matter amicably , if not I will take further action, their choice!

The employees here are amazing but they are being treated badly by the people sitting in offices. I came early before they opened to wait and saw that they appeared to be open? Turns out someone complained that they weren’t open yet so now the workers have no time to prepare for the day. It states what time they are open, how dare you let awful customers play you like a child. This is not the only careless decision they’ve made and it will destroy their company. I am done shopping here because they treat their amazing employees like they are nothing and I won’t support this.
