This was the 3rd shoe store that I had visited looking for advice of which shoes are the best for my very. Jayden was absolutely the best! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. She took care of me and two other customers with kindness and never letting anyone feel like they were not important. Definitely will be back!

Cassidy at the 140th & Center Omaha Rudolph’s knowledge of the products she sells, (in this case insoles) is invaluable to me as a customer. Furthermore, her determination to fit me with the proper insoles resulted in insoles that work well for me. Cassidy is a rare salesperson, who will keep me coming back to Rudolph’s to purchase their products.

Very positive experience at Rudolph’s today, mostly due to Lily who quickly and effortlessly found me a great pair of shoes. She was very knowledgeable about the type of shoe I needed and was so helpful. I could not be more grateful.

The store looked nice and all and I might just be an isolated incident. But, I went in there not knowing it was close to closing.The store clerk greeted me and within the same breath rudely and abruptly turned away informing that my business was unwelcome due to the upcoming closure. I understand that stores close. However it was in the way the matter was handled which put such a sour taste in my mouth. Terrible display of customer service. Much better ways to handle the situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do have to give you props though, you did an excellent job at turning away a potential customer.

Went in looking for an all day comfortable walking shoe. As a school counselor I average 5-7 miles a day on my feet. Personal service and the young man who helped me put me in the perfect shoes. Never felt so comfortable. NB 1080. Great place to go for shoes. I’m a lifetime customer!

There is a lot to this store, meaning plenty of choices in shoes, but also additional items like specialty socks and bottle opener wallets! Most is centered around having great care of your feet for running or walking. Was able to find a trainer and a racer (if I can call what I do racing haha), with friendly help! Great local store!

Online hour do not reflect actual store hours. Closing before 7 its a wonder that they make any sales.

All the staff I have met there have been extremely helpful an amazing!! I would recommend any of them, I will never go to another shoe store again!!!

Having to wear leg braces it's always a struggle to find a good pair of shoes. I walked in, was immediately greeted, they listened to my struggle and concern of needing to find a shoe that not only fits right but lasts. They worked with me til I found not only one but multiple shoes! They're all fantastic I have been beyond thrilled to find my shoe place, I will never go to another shoe store again!
