I've dealt with people in the parts department, service department, and whichever department is in charge of delivering new equipment and each time I was blown away with the customer service. Phone calls get answered and if it's not the correct person on the other end of the phone they get you to the correct person without a problem. The employees seem to be going the extra mile. Very impressed.

Well this is the second time I went to this place and was charged thousands of dollars for repairs that didn't even need done. Second time I picked up my truck only to take it right back. To have it repaired again. At one point I dumped over 15k in parts on a truck that wasn't running right, (new injectors, lines, injection pump) only to figure out it was a plugged fuel filter! This place is a joke. The shop manager doesn't double check his shotty technicians work. This place needs new shop management to say the least. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Called ahead, said I would be delivering there before noon on Saturday with a piece of equipment they ordered.Got there and they said they could not receive their equipment until Monday.... So sorry...Asked if I could leave my trailer there since I'm oversize so I could at least go get a shower while I wait 2 days for them to receive their equipment. I was told no because they generally don't let people leave their equipment on their property. As I looked around at all the customer equipment all over the place, I wondered how does this work.All in all , very poor service or willingness to serve.And I'm so tired of hearing "sorry" as an excuse for unwillingness to work out a simple problem.Oh wait!We can still use the pandemic as an excuse right?

Very good customer service, very nice workers. Everything was brought and picked up on time. The boom lift was in good condition and easy to work with. Our team is very content and happy that we got to work with them.

Came out over 8 times to fix the same problem with equipment. Said they would "take care of it" Lied to, over charged, never sent a bill then call 6 months later with an unreal bill. No estimate provided. I brought the tensioner to the shop to be fixed and it was not fixed correctly then you insisted on coming to the machine. Worst customer service of any business I have ever worked with. No accountability always another person and another excuse. Anyone would be better off hauling their equipment to another state to avoid this toxic monopoly.

A company with a name cat behind it normally stand behind their products. After searching for a dozer I ended up purchasing a D6 M from this branch. Time and time again the sales staff state why look at Ritchie Brothers or big iron when you have the security of the machines being inspected by the shop. I purchased a $50,000 dozer to help reconstruct my business after the devastating flood of 19. The dozer was delivered in a couple months later we finally had time to crawl in and use it only to find the air conditioner was in operable and was going to cost almost $6000 to fix. Now $6000 it’s over 10% of my purchase price and yes to me that was a big deal. It was an old machine and I expected to fix a knob that was on the inspection report and probably a charge so I offered the use equipment manager to pay up to $2500 of the repairs. Cold shoulder and while you can get your money back out of it was what I Was told by him. Then after posting truthful statements on their Facebook page warning customers that they don’t stand behind their inspection reports which is true in my case they blocked me. Swept under the rug just like you will be if you try to purchase something from Nebraska machinery. Unless that is your one of the big companies in Omaha and then I’m sure they’ll take care of you. My advice you have just as much to worry about from Nebraska machinery as you would Richie brothers or big iron or craigslist..

Broke down on the road they wouldn't bring parts out so i ended up paying a taxi to bring parts 43 miles $150 wouldn't be bad but they sent the wrong parts and didn't have the right part. But they were nice enough to say sorry oh well. never again... Sioux city cat came to the rescue 73 miles away.
