I was in town visiting Family over the holiday and visited Paradigm out of curiosity and to ask some questions on a project I wanted to start when I returned home. Chris directed me to *exactly* what I needed to hit the ground running as soon as I got home. I very much enjoyed the interaction and would highly recommend anyone in the Omaha metro area who has hydro related needs to visit Paradigm.”
“This is by far the coolest plant store in town! The selection is amazing—everything from easy-to-care-for houseplants to unique statement pieces you don’t see everywhere. The shop itself has such a fun, welcoming vibe, and it’s clear the staff really knows their stuff. They’re always happy to answer questions and help you find the perfect plant. Every time I stop in, I leave inspired (and usually with something new to take home). Highly recommend for any plant lover!”
“Because there lawn care products are the best and there staff knows there stuff! The staff helps by explaining what is needed in great detail. By following their recommendations my yard has done a 180. It is easy and has saved me a ton of cash. Why pay someone else to spread fertilizer when you can just follow Lovelands recommendations.

“Unique little garden center in midtown Omaha. They are helpful and easy to find. Parking could be a little tricky but not impossible. Pricing is a tad more than the big box stores but if you take into consideration its a family owned business, it's very reasonable. Cirians has been my go to for spring annuals for decades and hope to be saying that for years to come ?”
“This hardware store has a small town feel. It is dated and a tad bit more expensive, but you get that small town hospitality treatment when you shop here. They make you feel like you are family. Some things are worth paying a little more for depending on what is important to you.”

I found a few great deals with sale items and found the lemon cypress I have been looking for for months! Impeccable customer service! Jenn walked me up to the registers and explained what everything will look like in the Spring! I even joined the rewards program because I will defiantly be back!”

“Jerry and his team exceeded my expectations. There wasn't anyone in town that had the height or number of North Poles required for the project.
He took the time to find the tall evergreens and have them brought in for delivery and planting. They were worth the wait! While admiring the new landscape Jerry suggested a birch for a privacy issue. They were able to deliver and plant same day.
The team worked very hard to plant exactly where preferred. Lana even stopped by to make sure they were upright and straight.
I could not be happier.

“Returned a defective bucket of exterior paint 10/20/24 just bebore closing time.The gentleman at the return counter was awesome. The young lady management on duty, outstanding and the young man working the paint counter with who waited on me before is consistently courteous and knowledgeable. Great team work and a credit to the Home Depot brand. Been coming here for many years and will always boast about the staff at this location. “I deal with the Pro Desk a lot and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Typically it's Joel, Judy and, Karen. They have been very helpful and I see them helping customers and fellow employees regularly. Every employee that I have dealt with at this location has always been helpful. Even the rental department is friendly and well maintained. The parking lot is always clean and carts are readily available at various locations inside. This is my favorite Home Depot and I use them all as a contractor.”
“I am only giving a five star review, because Lindsay J helped me out and she was the most kind and knowledgeable employee that I encountered in the eight people I met on a recent shopping experience to Home Depot to make keys. She went out of her way to help me was the only one who knew what the digital key was and how to get it and what I had to do none of the other employees that helped me new anything and one even wanted me just to use the key machine. Home Depot could use some help with their training on their employees, but Lindsey was the bomb.”

“I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”
