Website says the store opens at 8am. Google maps say the same. Sign in store says 9:00. What a waste of time and fuel to stop on my way. And then retail wonders why walk in shopping has come to a very slow end

The manager on 1/29/25 should be fired him and 2 people sitting behind one person checking out with 7 people in line. Then when I got up the guy and the manager with 2 on looking employees could not figure out how to get a package of envelopes to ring up. What a joke buy on Amazon you may get your stuff quicker than walking in!!!!! Waste of time by poor management!!!!!!!!

Very frustrating that your hours are wrong online. People rely on your Google profile being kept accurate by your company. You changed them Jan 5 according to a sign on your door. So significant drive time was wasted for me. Please modify your profile.

Cashier accidentally overcharged me by $380 when trying to buy a gift card. Manager was extremely rude and didn’t do anything at all to help. He even discouraged me from calling my bank and disputing the charge.

This team did a great job. My store needed multiple items to become operational. They had almost everything but the desk. They not only located one but had the manager of that store drive it (from Lincoln) to this location and the store manager (from my local location) then delivered it to my store. Amazing work. Thank you!

I recently visited Office Depot's Copy Center and had the pleasure of being assisted by Patrick and Samantha. Their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my experience seamless and enjoyable. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service I've received in quite some time. I'll definitely be returning, thanks to Patrick and Samantha's outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction.

What a nightmare of a place!!! Guy told me he doesn’t know how to use the equipment and told me to drive 30mins to the other one lol. He asked for help they told him there was no one lol. Five employees I saw only one at the print shop. Zero customers at the store. I guess I see why.

Don't let your teenage daughter work here. The store manager Christian ,(a married older man) aka "CT", will not train them to do any task. He will just have them stand in his area, as he gawks at and unprofessionally flirts with them.
Have your daughters work anywhere else.

Only reason I ever go into their stores is because its close, but after making a recent purchase they messed it up so bad and where so rude when I was trying to get help, I won’t be going back again.
