My daughter and I went in as we needed assistance printing paperwork and the Printing station SUPERVISOR offered me to do it myself in an aggressive tone. I declined cause I didn’t want to deal with the hassle with the printer as I’ve had issues with other ones before. So I asked her if she could help me at the desk. She goes “well I don’t know what you need help with, that’s why I told you to use the self service printer .” I said I understand I just need to get my printing done. “She goes well you’ll have to wait none of us are able to help you cause we got a bunch of orders ahead of you.” I said ok…
Well I’ll just use the self service then if it will be faster. She seemed irritated that I even asked. I walk away to the printer. She didnt give or offer any assistance.
20 minutes later as I’m still struggle to get an account made and get my files loaded. An elderly lady comes in saying she needs help printing: she wasted no time to assist her and stood there to help her until her printing as done.
Wow.

Braden in the copy center saved the day for me. With one day until an important meeting and a book that was printed incorrectly by our corporate office he helped me fix the books for the meeting. He was super patient and offered multiple ideas to help until we found a solution that worked! So thankful for his time, expert opinion and patience. I would highly recommend them for help with your printing needs!

The general manager was aggressively condescending and just factually wrong about most of the things he was talking to us about. We brought to his attention the self service printer was not printing the correct color and instead of diagnosing it properly he instead belittled my wife and I discussing RGB values and how displays on phones work different than printers. Factually correct, but it was obvious to anyone who works with printers when the color is drastically wrong one of your color toners are likely running low or the calibration on the printer itself is off especially when there are visible lines in the print.
We also asked if we could get it without a boarder. He said printers don't exist that can print without boarders. Wrong. Office Depot even sells some (See Epson EcoTank ET-15000).
We then asked if we could possibly bother him to try and print it at the desk. We informed him we had the pictures on USB and on our phones via Google drive. He aggressively said we had to email him. Fine, we did that and he informed us (incorrectly) that since boarderless printers don't exist we needed to pay for a bigger size and then cut it to size. Which is fine. We did that. Once it was printed he asked if we "wanted a bag" and then we left. I kind of assumed he would cut it since we waited a few minutes for him to cut other people's orders between our email and him printing it, but whatever. The color was still slightly off (something my $30 HP can get correct at home), but we did get it without a white boarder, well sorta.
This has by far not been the norm with people working here. Usually the print shop section is overly helpful and happy to take the time to make sure you get what you want AND that is usually with a lot of customers. When the store is almost empty on a Wednesday with 2/3 workers not doing anything (well one was flirting with his girlfriend while we waited so I guess he was busy) I kind of assumed more help than that.

Was sold a used laptop when it was supposed to be new. Wasn’t helped very well in the store. Over the phone conversations weren’t that great either. I’ll never go again. Feels like a store on the verge of bankruptcy the way the store was setup.

I was there to create a photo for my FIL for the day before his service. The supervisor was unfriendly and continued to complain about the equipment. She was making commentary to herself and me as well. We had a conversation prior to me coming to the store about there being an express fee if I came after 4:30 pm. My card initially was declined as I forgot I had froze it when I couldn’t find it and she said out loud “this seems like a said day for you”. She then advised me about the heavy labor of work and that in the future if I came after 2 PM there would be a fee as she is the only one there and doesn’t have time to teach someone else. On my way out I spoke to the GM about this incident and he had nothing to say. Not an apology or explanation. I work for a large company who uses OD as a vendor and I have been talking to our SCM team about selecting a new one as this service has definitely affected me overall.
