I haven't been to the OfficeMax off of Dodge and 72nd for several years. They have made changes to the location for major copy services. I was looking at laser printers that were fully wireless. Not all models shown are available and you have to ask a sales associate to look in the back to check on additional inventory. I suggest seeking a printer that works off of a toner cartridge than selecting ink cartridges. Overall, the sales associate was very helpful regardless of limited selections of laser printers.

I can't say thank you enough for the service received from Jordan at the printing counter. This young man really helped me out.I did a design for a sign to be displayed at the Bryant Fisher Family Reunion. It needed to be 2ft by 18'. I thought it was ordered the night before and all I needed to do was pick it up. Unfortunately, the order didn't go through, so I was not going to have the display.Once Jordan found out what happened he was able to get my design printed and mounted on foam board and it came out better than expected.This was the 105th Bryant Fisher Family Reunion, it happens every year in Omaha. The local news covers it and there's usually over 2000 people that attend. This was my first time being involved with putting it together and would have been such an embarrassing moment if I failed to bring what I offered to do.It was in a bad situation and Jordan really came through to save the day!! I'm very pleased with the service and the product purchased!!

I strongly recommend you never buy a tech support agreement from Office Depot/Office Max! I have no issue with this particular store but they put you on automatic renewal and it takes an act of god to cancel it. I thought I canceled but my account was charged anyway. When I called they acknowledged the cancellation and told me I would get a credit in 5-7 business days. On business day 7 and 8 I used live chat and was told the credit was in process and I would get an email regarding when the credit would post. After no email I called again and was told the credit memo was created and would post that day but it didn't!Today is business day 12 since I canceled and on my call today I was told that it takes 7-14 business days to process the credit! Earlier they told me 5-7! Assuming today's person is correct the credit should post by Friday but I am not holding my breath! Worst case they are dishonest, best case they are incompetent!I clicked one star because zero wasn't an option

I ordered several 2" d-shaped heavy duty binders online for store pickup. Even though I'm vaccinated, I'm still very high risk. So my husband picked the order up for me yesterday. Unfortunately I didn't realize the 2" binders are actually 3" wide so I needed to return them today and get smaller ones. Because I wasn't able to go inside the store, employee Deshondre helped me. It was pouring rain at the time. In spite of the rain, Deshondre came out to my car to pickup and return the large binders then brought out a refund. Afterwards he brought out several for me to choose just the right size. Then Deshondre helped me order the correct size online (with my phone) for store pickup so he could bring them out to me. He went above and beyond to help me in the pouring rain. I'm very impressed with the customer service here. I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered something online and it said it would be ready to be picked up the next day. When I didn't get a text saying it was ready that day, I decided to give them till the next day before I called the store. When I called the next day, the guy who answered said everyone in the printing department called out sick. I understand people get sick, but why wouldn't you send an email out to customers letting them know there was going to be a delay? So if you know they needed it by a certain day they could go somewhere else to have it done? It's very frustrating. Will not be ordering prints from here again.

Was in a rush for a fax and a Fed ex letter. Operator was a real pro - coached me when I needed it, stepped in when the fax didn't get through after 3 tries (suggested an alternative) - finally it did.Good experience. Will use again.
