I came into order someone online and they ordered the wrong item this is the 3 time this has happened to me here! If you want something from Offline order online yourself because the employees here have no idea what they are doing

Terrible customer service. I’m finally writing a review because this happens everytime I go into the store- the employees just look up and stare at me silently. When I went today there was an employee who was right in front of me and made eye contact but did not say hi or even smile. Awful

Very cute clothes, terrible customer service. Fitting room attendant told me that “if I want to play dress up, I can put everything away when I’m done” when I walked in with 7 items. It did not feel like a welcoming environment to shop in at all.
