Got oil change, next day I drained 2 quarts before it made it down to the full line. When asked for a refund manager yelled at me and kept telling me to shoot him, and also even though he wasn't there kept telling me they would lose money by putting extra. Only two guesses I have is either they just topped it off and did nothing, or were trying to mess up car to try to sell me a car.
