As soon as I walked in an employee approached me trying to sell a credit card offer. 50% off everything in the store. I declined then said I will give you 65% off everything. Before even looking at a thing. I looked at one sweater at 54.00. I walked out. There's nothing in this store or quality worth that. Besides if I wanted a credit card I would of asked. Small store with nothing worth the asking. Im.done with this cheap brand. 54.00 lmfao. If I wanted thier damn card I would of already had it. Went to Maurices a few stores down and found better quality of clothes without being hounded over a stupid CC.

My most recent shopping experience at this Old Navy store was on Black Friday. The sale merchandise I went to purchase was clearly displayed. There were enough check out stations open to easily handle the number of shoppers. In spite of Black Friday crowds I was in and out of the store with what I wanted to purchase in less than 15 minutes.

So organized compared to our Texas stores! I used to live nearby and knew exactly where to go when my daughter forgot a sweatshirt on our vacation. Was able to find a cute sweatshirt on the clearance rack. Had all items in stock that we got. Including socks and under garments. Would have loved to have more time to look around. I also appreciate Old Navy gives a military discount 10%. Sign up your phone number to receive cash back to use when it is on your account. I love it when they ask if I’d like to use my rewards and I find out I have anywhere from $1 or more!

I wish I could leave a review for Old Navy since it’s not this locations fault.. but Old Navy lost a customer due to their ridiculous return policy. It’s been real.

I stopped in here to grab an online order that my daughter had placed. The store was brightly lit, very clean, and well organized. I saw so many cute clothes while I was looking around and they were available in many different sizes. There were quite a few beauty type products for sale as well as other things.

Amazing deals and normally love Old Navy - especially the Westroads location. But I went in here today and shopped with my family for over an hour, planning to spend hundreds. The cashier would not stop harassing me about the old navy credit card. She brought it up 7 times after I said no thank you and even started crunching numbers about how much I would save and talking about how it would be good for my daughter. I finally firmly said no and then she wouldn't accept my cash (that I just withdrew at the bank)! I just left and was shocked at how incredibly rude and incessant she was. Will not go to this location again.

The store itself is clean and such but it’s impossible to just look around without being bombarded by staff constantly. Not to mention when I had to return an item, the associate having to order the correct size ‘online’ ordered the wrong size anyway and over charged me for the swap.
