The hours on maps, the website, and the phone automation are incorrect and inconsistent. A year ago this place was great but ever since they starting “moving” the retail space and hours have been poor. Will not visit again or shop here anymore.

This place has a lot of merchandise. Lot of choices to compare from.Update: I don't know what has happened to this store in Nebraska but it has went downhill. I will say a couple of the staff members were nice. (Compared to one I talked with before had a arrogant attitude). They can't sell firearms, they have nothing in the store half of it is blocked off. It looks like they're going out of business. So I had to go out of my way to get what I was looking for. Thanks for the waisted drive to that location. Before they had just about everything needed for a build. The hours have changed to two days closed. They have said that they're moving but hell they have been saying that since October of last year, still haven't said where or when that is going to happen.

I’ve been a member of this gun club for 5-6 years now, prior to having the name Frontier Justice. After the ownership change the customer service has been on a steady decline. Close to a year ago the moved all firearms off the sales floor and reduced retail space by at least 50%. Shortly after they posted a sign that said “We are moving in 6-8 months.” Whenever asked of the new location or move date no specifics were given and it was as if they’d try and drop the subject as quickly as possible.Well this past November of 2023 I was directed by the Omaha store to direct my questions to corporate customer service. Zero response was given so in December I filled out the membership cancellation form on their website. Because you can not cancel at the local retail space. Here we are in February of 2024. Still no response so I fill it out again on Monday 2-12-24. I get an auto generated response saying “ We will respond to you with in 72 hours”. So here we are on Friday 2-16-24 still no response.Needless to say. Don’t do business here. Don’t get a membership. Go somewhere else.

I love the range, prices and classes. The attitude of the employees, is mostly positive and friendly. I'd certainly buy more ammo and accessories here if they were in stock. I realize you may be moving or building a new facility, hopefully... I'd buy a membership if I was confident you'd be around.I've found other places to buy 10 mm, holsters, optics, etc.I find what I need online and in stock, at the other stores. But I can also find it in stock locally or have it delivered to a shop nearby. Hands on is always my first choice. Missed out on more than $2600 of sales in the last 60 days.Good location, about 15-17 minutes from home. Relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable, friendly, convenient hours, as I avoid the busy times. Still my range of choice.

I hoped for the last several years that Omaha Gun Club will still survive, but the frontier justice killed it finally. This is the perfect example of what corporations do to local businesses. It used to be an affordable range with half-hourly pay rates. And from my experience, one rarely stays to shoot more than 1/2 hour. Then FJ took over. First they switched to hourly rates, then not more than 2 people per line, then they "implemented" a complete rip-off - daily passes. Meaning you pay for a pass for the whole day and you can go in and out. But as I mentioned no one spends all day in the range. Basically they started charging people 4 times more for the same 0.5-1 hour time. So, common range visit became 80 dollars insted of 20.In their online store you can find a whole bunch of stuff, but nothing in Omaha. Other locations in other states - you are welcome. Omaha - nope. I understand the recent thefts that they encountered, but there could have been other measures taken. They announce on their website that they buy used guns and trade. But I was shocked of what I heard from them in person. They basically said, that they act like a pawn shop and will NEVER give you a fair price. The best deal you can receive is 50% of your gun market value, even if its brand new, claiming that they "need to make money". Same for the trades.Excuse me, but the trades are always based on retail prices, because if I trade my new gun for your new gun, you already have your interest put in your gun price. So when you sell mine then, you will receive the same interest. So they want to trade with you, make 15-20-whatever% profit on their item, then they want your brand-new-in-the-box item for half a price to make another 50% profit on it.FJ, don't you think you're a bit greedy??? No justice in it, lol. They literally told me if I want a good deal I'd better sell my stuff online. They can only give me as much as any other pawn shop. Why then you advertise this on your website? Just to mock your customers? Amazing way to dig your business a deep-deep hole.Bottom line - Omaha Gun Club is dead. Frontier justice killed it finally.Great people of Omaha, take your money elsewhere.

Everything is on the level. Who wants to touch a weapon under supervision and without harm to health? You can choose from: rental of 9 mm pistols, a shotgun and a pair of assault rifles based on the AR-15. Both beginners and professionals will find a suitable place here.

My visit to Frontier is the first and last time I will give them business. I usually shoot at Athena Arms where I previously held a membership, but my friend suggested we tour other local ranges. Poor customer service, insults and bible verses written with Sharpie on the walls is what one can expect at Frontier. We have CCW permits and were berated for not closely watching a 5 minute YouTube video rehashing well known and basic range safety rules that I first learned in high school ROTC back in the late 90’s. Three male employees collectively trash talked about customers in the building once they thought they were out of earshot. Overall, I left with a super bad impression and once I researched to see they are a chain, my mind was made up to never give them business again. I’ll stick with Athena where the professionalism and courtesy shown to all outshines the clowns at Frontier. I hope another LOCAL business considers taking the location and maintain it as a range because the location is convenient. Frontier could move in next door and I would still drive across town to avoid them. 0/10 don’t recommend

This business makes our city unsafe. If you're going to own a gun shop at least have the security appropriate in place to avoid getting robbed constantly of firearms.

This company has done more to promote crime and violence than all the street gangs in Omaha. Allowed more than 60 guns to be stolen and used in crimes in Omaha by poor security with three break-ins. A real menace to the community by promoting gun violence and suicide. These are not "good guys with guns".

I'm very disappointed in the way they do business, I called ahead to see if I needed to reserve a lane to shoot on telling them when I was coming to their facility. They said that wasn't necessary, when I showed up they were closed. This is no way to run a business!

$75 for a regular firearm transfer. Ridiculous. And Don't bother counting on getting any help with a suppressor purchase unless you go in during a weekday.

Felt at home the very first time I walked in there and it’s been like that since. So well presented. The staff is always ready to help, Jennifer always have an answer to my questions. I mean what a great staff!
