The unit was clean upon move in and never had any issues getting in and out of the unit. Price was affordable. The only reason I moved out was because a garage opened up at my apartment complex. I have used StorageMart in the past and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

4/22/2024 I called the Storage Mart Corp. Office today at 800# and spoke to a Micahla. She was very nice, very informative and helpful in guiding me to a storage location close to my home and covered all my questions with viable answers. She then introduced me to the name of the Property Manager near me and let me know that I would be receiving a phone call from the PM. At my surprise, I received an immediate phone call from "Mel" the Property Manager located where my storage unit would be. He was very nice, informative and helpful to get me into a new storage unit today. I had a storage unit elsewhere burglarized and this type of customer service was a breath of fresh air to move my home treasures into a more secure and reliable Storage Company. Exceptional service after having dealt with complications at another storage facility. Mel has always been so helpful. On occasion we forget the gate code, and he patiently walks us through it. We cleaned out our unit last Friday night and today he called to make sure we were through with it saving us the extra effort to contact them. Highly recommend this unit at 156th and Harrison
