The property management at StorageMart is exceptional. Jenn is the sweetest lady. I have enjoyed working with her. She cares so much about her tenants and their property. The facility is clean and well kept. I've always been able to have any issues addressed quickly and with kindness. I highly recommend the StorageMart facility on 138th and Industrial Rd.

Lmao 4.8 lol for rating no no me and my girlfriend have been here probably like I wanna say four months. Our payment has went up three times and four months let alone they don’t answer the phone when they are open we have a code that was given to us and when we use it it never works. It says code not authorize.
Storage Mart is what is called more like a market Don’t worry about calling them because they’re not gonna answer the phone. I have actually called them one time parked up Frank in my car because they don’t know my number saw the person sitting standing right there at the desk on their phone or maybe FaceTime someone off their personal phone didn’t even answer the company phone ridiculou.
You have one job it is just to maintain a storage unit. You can’t even answer a phone Lmaoo. He will have their belongings inside of the storage unit, let alone me and my girlfriend have our daughter that passed away of her belongings in her storage unit ever trying to get them out !!!!!! So we can go through things, but no for when they are closed on a Thursday the code doesn’t work whatsoever. The customer service is ridiculous. The time when our payment went up, they never even emailed us back. If I were you, I recommend going to a better storage unit with better customer service.
I guess this what huskers do here in Nebraska😂😂😂😂 y’all can at least win to answer the phone.

Had the best experience with miss Rebekah, the property manager at the store on 140th and Industrial Rd. She had to replace my lock because of an error on my part and tried to contact me several times before she did the replacement. She understood that I had some issues that prevented me from meeting her when she contacted me. She listened to my story, empathized with my plight and understood completely. She is a sweet, kind lady and I enjoyed our brief interaction immensely.

Our experience has been awesome! I rented online and when we went to look at our unit Rebekah was so helpful and showed me how to get in the entry door. The lock for the unit was provided and she showed me how to use it! Three keys were with the lock. Highly recommend Storage Mart!
