Storage Mart worked with me in a difficult situation. They weren't trying to confiscate my belongings, instead they created a way for me to make up arrearage, and keep the space.
The manager on 94th and I St. was a true professional and an ally the entire time.

I have been dealing with Sarah from StorageMart since the end of June, 2024, and she has been amazing! What makes these dealings even more significant is I live in Florida and have only been dealing with her over the phone, but she has managed to help us with our long distance needs. She has done so in a professional and courteous manner.
My husband finally was able to go up to Omaha and see the unit and also met Sarah, and he said she was exactly as I had described her from only our phone conversations. Thanks for everything, Sarah!

We needed a unit to store extra furniture and boxes while showing our house for sale. We found the perfect size for a good price. It was quick and easy to get set up which helped us and the tight timeframe we were working with.

The manager at this storage unit was very helpful, always made sure to help with billing info, and just pleasant every single encounter I had with her. Most storage units don't have anyone that you can ever get a hold of, but this one's different. I also didn't have to clean the storage unit before storing my belongings which is something I always have to do at other storage facilities. Thank you Sarah keep up the great work !
