The staff are outstanding, have good attention to detail, and service activation was seamless. Customers have enjoyed stable, reliable power for years, even with a couple storm outages. OPPD manages many projects well and communicates well. After ice storms, crews worked in 100-degree heat to restore power, allowing customers to sleep for the first time since the storm. Employees are extremely kind, patient, and helpful, even after a long day. On the phone, representatives are always kind, patient, and listen well to get a resolution. However, one customer on the level plan had their bill reconfigured four times in one year, which was stressful for someone on a small income. Despite this, the same customer appreciated the kind and patient customer service. Overall, OPPD is very much appreciated for stepping up and improving, keeping families safe.

Bought this home 3 months ago. Have found oppd VERY accommodating, be it on the phone or in person
Update: we have been here almost two and a half years and still find the service excellent and the electricity bill I find to be very reasonable not even 100.00 a month

Customer service is always super nice and informative. Isn't cheap being back in NE, but staff are outstanding, have good attention to detail, and service activation was seamless.
