I live locally so I can't speak to how these ship, but I had the sirloin and the tomahawk steaks and oh. My. God. Incredible. We had my father in law who works for another meat distributor prepare them which helps but even he was impressed and elated with how juicy and tender they cooked. The flavors are out of this world. We're all full and happy with our Omaha steaks and I guess we'll be back for me!

This has been an awful experience. One week later and still no delivery for the gift I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. Customer service was useless. Will never order from them again,

I received my order, but I've been on hold for over 45 minutes plus my number is on the call back list. I was supposed to be called back within 90 minutes and that hasn't happened.

Really disappointed. Because of covid, they wouldn't let me touch anything and couldn't look at 75% of the store. They were out of catalogs and only a few of their specials on one piece of paper, which weren't the actual prices anyways. Going to the local grocery storewhere I can pick out what I want.

Was so disappointed when my order arrived yesterday. EVERYTHING was completely thawed. Thanks FED-X! Called customer service at Omaha and they are replacing full order. Thank you! This was my second order and really enjoyed the first order. Filets were amazing!

Good steak. The promotions are a bit misleading. I purchased a $25 gift card. In the past you could get a decent meat package for about 50 bucks. But, to my surprise the prices were about three times higher than my previous orders. And, I was disappointed with the 99.00 minimum order rule.

I am done with Omaha Steaks. In the last 2 years I've purchase 3 orders, all of the items were low quality.NY Steaks were essentially rotten. They tell you to cook from frozen for a reason. We took them out of the freezer, had a menu change at the house, and decided to put them in the refrigerator. The next day we opened them to cook and they were rotten. "Aged to perfection" means, aged until the day before they are rotten. This was a lesson and we cooked everything after that using their strict instructions. When we cooked them from frozen they were ok, but not worth shipping them from NE.Pork Chops cooked to 145 on a couple occasions, 150 on two other occasions, 14 chops cooked, they all were dry and had no flavor.Pork Roast. Cooked to 145 in the center, it was dry and had no flavor. I chopped up the second one and made Carnita meat. It was good, but I can get Carnita meat locally for half, or even a third the price by the time you account for shipping.Pot Roast. Just not worth it. Lacked flavor in the meat, the sauce was high salt content which is ok by me if the meat was good, but my wife doesn't like high salt.Hot Dogs. Yuck!! Forget about the hot dogs. They say all beef, just not sure what part of the cow they are referring to. Hebrew National is a lot better.Three orders, $400, I am done and will never order from them again. My locally raised products, or even Kroger, is a better product.

I was really disappointed in the orders that I sent to family members. One got steaks that had been defrosted and refrozen. The other family member only got 2 steaks. I have always sent Omaha packages to out of town family. Never again.Sandra M.

I have ordered repeatedly and get emails from them with offers and order invoices but that email account doesn't show up. I guess the family that own's this company's kid is in the basement with a single computer which constitutes their IT department. PAthetic company--overpriced food and treats their (former) repeated customers horribly! Not another penny of mine goes to them. Imagine telling a repeat customer that you send emails and order acknowledgements to that there is no account under that email address.
