Some of the best service ever received at a car shop! The owner James is super friendly and helpful! The transmission went out on my car and the dealership was asking for an outrageous price to fix it. I heard a lot of good things about Omaha Transmission and wanted to give them a chance. Nothing but great things to say about this shop.Definitely recommend them for fixing any transmission problems.

A Great honest business with great service. I thought my 87 Corvette need a new transmission. They found it was the governed was bad. Replaced the part at an affordable price. Very happy and will recommend them to everyone.

If you go here, Nick is your guy. I needed a transmission part disassembled and reassembled in a timely manner and he was the only guy to take the job on. Had it done within a day. He called me telling me what I needed and every detail within reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!!!

Well, I needed a new transmission and they did not disappoint. They scheduled my appointment and finished when they said they would.
Prices were fair and overall I would say the most important thing for me was that they were trustworthy. On a repair of this caliber that was the most important factor when choosing them.
Been driving my truck for more than two weeks since the repair was finished and have had zero issues.

I called a number of places and had my car looked at one other place. I received quotes between $4500 and $6800 to replace my transmission. Omaha Transmission was on the cheaper side, but they had the best warranty and price combination. After reading reviews, I know they were the best shop to do the work I needed. They were quick and friendly. They made me feel like they knew me personally every time I stopped in. They certainly have my recommendation!

Worked with Nick and James after taking my car from one transmission shop to Omaha Transmission. At the end of the day the diagnostics between the two shops were the same. However, James with Omaha took time to explain the whole issue to me, explained what was wrong, and why the parts they replaced needed replacing. The fact that he took the time to let me ask any and all questions and answered them honestly and without any distain. I hope to never have to replace another transmission again, but if I do I know exactly where I will be going.James, Nick thank you both!

Nick has always done me right. I used to be a mechanic but besides the guy who taught me how to work on cars Nick is the only other one who has ever touched my Charger. Nick always has great service and doesn't just jump to conclusions like 3 places that the dealership sent me to. Best transmission guy I know!

Nick (owner) was very kind and understanding of my situation. I was under the impression my vehicle was having transmission issues after the accelerator was 'skipping' shortly after starting the vehicle. The issue persisted over two days, and I called with short notice on a Tuesday afternoon; they happily took my vehicle in and looked at it the morning after. What I thought was a transmission issue turned out to be just general engine maintenance. They informed me my vehicle's issues were unrelated to the transmission and that any mechanic shop would be able to replace the spark plugs and low fluid levels they discovered. I wanted to write this review as they easily could've misled someone like myself who doesn't know much about vehicles into a much larger, unnecessary purchase. I am pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Omaha Transmission for their honesty and professionalism. Thank you, Nick and your team!
