Hakim and Ben helped me find this Ford Fusion.
A week after the sale - I got a chip in the windshield. When they heard about the chip - they offered to take care of it with their in-house technicians - free of charge.

Optimus Auto - Hakim was great to work with. No pressure whatsoever. Let me take my time driving and checking two vehicles of interest. Purchased one of them. Got a good deal and Hakim was quick to fix one item that was not working correctly. Vehicle came with new tires and a full tank of gas. Thank you Hakim!

I was able to purchase my very first car! Thank you Bruce! I had been going to dealership to dealership in hopes on finding a good car for myself that will last me a while. Stressful days of being called and called by dealerships about cars I had been previously looking into but here at Optimus Auto, I didn’t feel any pressure. They let me do my thing but were there if I had any questions. They were very informative and kind. Didn’t press me to buy anything, which I love that kind of thing. They were also able to work things out with me and lowering the price just a bit which I appreciate so much. They still keep in touch and how the car is running and if any complaints. So far, I got no complaints. I recommend people to stop by and take a quick look if you’re looking for a good place to purchase cars. It’s not a big dealership but it’s a trustworthy dealership. I’ll for sure be coming back and recommending family in the future! Thank you again Bruce!

Great service and easy to work with. Vehicles were well kept and damage an services were disclosed. They were nice enough to drive the vehicle way out of town for me so I wouldn't have to come back and get it. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

I was looking at their website and saw a car I knew my wife would love. My wife had a car totaled in an Ice storm and was a little overwhelmed with Insurance, financial matters pertaining to car loans . Optimus was great. They listened to our concerns. Let us look and drive a car. When we asked questions they knew the answers or got the answer right away. They sale you the car you want not the one they think you want.They offer an additional warranty protection plan. The cost can be added into the cost of the car. Depending on your needs and what you want to spend you can cover every major component of your vehicle including, the engine, transmission, AC, electrical stuff up to 5 years or 50000 miles from time of purchase. It doesn’t cover normal stuff like battery , tires, belts and hoses, The financing was easy. They sent my info to the credit union and it was approved and ready the next business day. I went over to their office and got the car financed on my terms. Took about a 1/2 hour. If you’re looking for a reliable used affordable car please check Optimus out.
Less than a week after my wife’s car got wrecked she drove home with her new car.
She got home and through the smile and laughter I heard “Awesome “ and “Cool” reference of the car. I put my trust in the company and have a good feeling they are going to grow.With the price of brand new vehicles being so high they are providing good transportation for young people starting out and older people on fixed income. Give them a try.

The only thing I found useful about this place was being able to teach my son ALL the things NOT to fall for when looking for a reliable car. These are SALVAGED TITLE cars. Good luck getting it insured or trying to resell or trade it in later. The salesman would use yours that scooted around the truth such as " It could have been just hail." Even though he has the details of the work done right in front of him. So he would show us the photos of the damage and still use words like " We probably, I'm sure it was just, I have a car from here... it's fine." NO ITS NOT FINE TO PUT MY CHILD IN A CAR I JUST SAW SMASHED INTO THE FRONT FRAME! OR THE REAR END SMASHED UP TO THE BACK SEAT! But you insist the frame was not damaged or the rear suspension, shocks, or axle were not affected. Just because I am a woman does not mean I'm an idiot. Trust me, I held back on voicing so many of my thoughts and concerns being my son was there, but I feel safer knowing I was there to save him from making what could have been a life-and-death decision!

I recently bought a 2017 Subaru crosstrek. I have had the car for a month now and I love it. When I took it to get inspected at the mechanic for my insurance, it only needed new breaks. It was a costly repair, but the car was about $1,000 off when I bought it and I got it for a good deal. Optimus was very communicative and honest.

My experience with Optimus Auto was worth buying a car!
I was in need of an inexpensive but reliable used car. I found a car I liked online at Optimus. I went to dealership and met a young man name Bruce!
Bruce was very professional and willing to show me several cars! I found a car that I liked and Bruce answered all my questions regarding price and purchasing and condition of the car. Today, I’m satisfied with the car I’m driving, purchased from Optimus Auto!
I would recommend a friend to go and check out Optimus Auto if they are looking for a car.
