Best DME provider in Omaha hands down. Staff is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and really care about their patients/clients. Luke is the best and highly recommend this company over every DME provider in the area (and yes, I have used and been to every single one for some sort of DME product I have needed in the past) OrthoSource highly exceeded my expectations and should be everyone’s number 1 choice if they are faced with having to unfortunately get any type of DME.

$65 for 4 ice packs and an icepack sleeve that fell apart at the seams. Definitely overcharging people. Take your business elsewhere.

I paid what I thought the insurance company said only to find out they put me in collection for a bill dated December!!! They over charged and said that if I wasn't in collection, they would work with me! They only sent 1 bill which I did make a payment on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER.

I tore my ACL and needed a brace after surgery. They worked fast to get me fitted and get the brace ordered and dealt with the insurance company to work out all the details. Super friendly and helpful staff. A great place to get your braces or any other medical equipment needed. I highly recommend them.
