Absolutely stand up team at Owners Pride. Came in to have a scratch evaluated to have it repaired. They pulled my vehicle in, cleaned the area, and polished it on the spot. Asked if I could pay (despite it taking them only a couple minutes) and they said not to worry about it.
It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, but OP nailed it! Will definitely be bringing any future business here.

Got my bike ceramic coated here. I can only say how great its been. Nothing sticks on the bike. Everything washes off pretty easily with just water. Best thing I could have done. Everyone is pretty nice working there. If you been on the fence about doing the work I would highly recommend giving them a shot. Well worth the money and saves you so much time.

My experience with Owner's Pride two weeks ago - from beginning to end - was nothing short of EXCELLENT! I called with a small need (I did not need a full detail at the time) and Davis was wonderful to work with! He got my vehicle in quickly, did a superb job, and was incredibly professional and kind throughout the process.
I gladly recommend OP to others and will continue to bring our cars here for regular detailing needs. :)

I recently had a full interior and exterior detail done, and while the exterior came out sparkling clean and well-done, the interior left much to be desired. There were several clearly missed spots inside, which was disappointing given the level of service I expected.
When I returned to point out the issues, I felt like more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Unfortunately, even after bringing the concerns to their attention, not everything was properly addressed. The follow-up effort felt rushed and incomplete.
Additionally, there was some confusion around scheduling. The receptionist told me the earliest appointments start at 9am, yet the online system allows bookings at 8am — a small but frustrating inconsistency that added to the overall lackluster experience.
To their credit, they did offer a 10% refund, which I appreciated. However, based on this experience, I won’t be returning for an interior detail.

Excellent service! For what they offer and provide, to get you're vehicle back the next morning is amazing. Eventhough my truck is a 2024 with close to 50k miles, Owners Pride made it look like it rolled of the showroom floor. Very happy and have already booked my jeep for next week.

I just got an Exterior Detail done on my 2025 Honda CRV. It looks great and can not be any happier! Bob answered all my questions. They let me drop my car off the night before and put it in the garage without me not even asking. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again! :)

Great staff from the front door check in through the detail shop to the checkout. Our detailer went the extra mile without being asked.. took off a passenger side view mirror scuff that was forgotten by me during the check-in. SUPER!

Took my new to me 2025 Mazda CX-5 to Owners Pride to get a ceramic coating done on the body and windows. They did a fabulous job. My scarlet beauty came out sparkling with a mirror finish and they even did my tires for me at no extra cost. Now my new baby shines like the beautiful Ruby she is! Thank you so much taking good care of her and giving me peace of mind for years to come. Can't wait to check out one of the free wash clinics! *special shout out to Bob for walking me through everything and the detailed that worked on my car, I think his name was Travis?
