I wouldn’t even give it one if I had a choice. I went there October 24, 2024 at 4:46 pm to grab Newport cigarettes and some swishers
and I was told I did not pay for them by a older Native American Lady with glasses me and my wife with cash app it showed my payment was denied 3 times but if I ain’t mistaken it went through but I was banned for 15.33 that I did pay. And someone said they will help and I said thank you I payed and who ever I asked to go in there to purchase something for gets denied it’s embarrassing and It’s embarrassing to me and everyone I associate myself with I don’t steal and every time I come there me my kids and my family. I don’t disrespect no one I treat people how they treat me but very RESPECTFUL owner or manager please contact me it’s making 👀 really bad Thanks🤙🏾 And please view your cameras before accusing me My picture should be up there with a fake $10 and $5 and some change 33 cents 💴🤔🤷🏾♂️

Worst service I been too me and my friend we'd tried buying something from the store and some old lady with glasses and looked in her 40s said leave and I asked her nicely what did we do but she didn't answer my question and the best part too she kicked a homeless too and she started hating on everyone. P.S don't hate on the other guy of over their pls he's really nice but her she's very impolite and she wouldn't tell us what we did wrong and if u see me there pls give me hand for society

I work nearby and stop here a few times a week. All of the staff has been kind and helpful, especially Maria. She remembers what I normally purchase and I can always count on being in and out quickly. Glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Maria usually helps me, but you guys are all the best!!!! this is such a calm, clean, walkable store, i love the ambience or energy or whatever that it is, you can basically walk in at any time and feel at ease. and it's not just booze, you can pick up a quick meal or snack or toiletries or emergency supplies and it's ACTUALLY affordable compared to like a casey's or whatever other store near Pacific. the selection may be limited but the prices here are so much fairer, i genuinely prefer coming to this store over places like hyvee or target or natural grocers bc of how fast and easy it is compared to big chains like those other grocery/convenience marts around. hell i was at a casey's earlier in this same day and they're even more expensive then ever, with a lower selection on top of that!!! you really can't match a place like this in both price and quality!!!! sorry to go on abt it, i just really appreciate this store and i hope they do well for a very very long time, bc they definitely deserve it. maybe some ppl would prefer the employees to basically bend over backwards catering to the customer, but that's absolutely dumb and entitled behavior. i seriously appreciate the effort you all put in to our community and anyone who would disagree with that should just go get ripped off at some other store!

darren & maria are such awesome ppl, they get you what you need and easily send you off, there's also another person who i've seen on sundays who is very helpful and nice!! this place doesn't only have alcohol, there's food, snacks and actual supplies like toilet paper and pet food, it's such a helpful mart both price and location wise! it's also a very calming store, there usually isn't a lot of ppl inside all at once so you can very easily and quickly buy what you need and be on your way. i'm personally really grateful for this service, as i live nearby and don't regularly have the access to a car to go to larger grocery chains (which in my experience, those places are incredibly expensive AND crowded on top of being a good 40 minute walk away if not longer)

The gentleman that works in the morning is a great guy very good with customers. But the lady that works afternoons/evenings is very rude always has an attitude and is slow and lazy. I try not to stop in often during her shift because of her attitude. Do better.

Thursday evening when the temperature is -10° I pull up to the building and the doors are locked. There's no signs that says the store is closed and the lights are still on. So I start knocking on the door. Another person comes up and starts knocking on the door. Then I knock again about a minute later, and the staff person comes out babbling about how they can't take a bathroom break in search sounds like cussing as they're walking away, and I just shouted to them that I will take my business elsewhere. Forget this place there's plenty other places that are nicer.

Would appreciate if the gentleman that works Tuesday nights (aug9) to stop LOUDLY announcing, loud enough for the whole store to hear, his opinion on what customers are buying. Weather it's glassware, alcohol, "tweaker energy shots", etc. He did this tonight in front of a neighbor and co worker. Some things are wanted to be discreet, at the very least not announced out loud for people across the store to hear. Not sure why this guy has an opinion on anything your store sells. I also had an aunt who was judged for buying those energy shots. We spend a lot of money there. I doubt we'll continue to shop there from now on. This happens again I won't be so friendly.
