I am extremely happy with the work Russ and his team did on my Honda. It needed some paintwork in an obscure spot on the rear window area.
Other places wanted a ton of money and several days to do the work. I was even told by other people these places were ripping me off and I was suggested to go to PaintCrafters.
I dropped off my car and I was given a ride home since I lived very close like a mile and a half which was nice of them. They kept my car for a day and night.
I got my car back and you can’t even tell that area was painted. The colors matche perfectly!
I’ll be bringing it back for some other paint work on a door ding soon and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone else to bring their vehicle here first before settling somewhere else to have Russ and his team do a quote.

I was impressed with the professionalism, speed and impeccable work done on my car. My car looked like new after tree limbs dented it in the latest storm. They worked well with my insurance company also. I highly recommend Paintcrafters.

Paint Crafters did a great job on our car this week, thank you Paint Crafters. Our car got hit by a large tree limb leaving a dent bigger than a basket ball. They fixed it and worked with our insurance company and they got fixed perfectly good as new.

I reached out to the team at Paint Crafters to obtain a quote for a repair for a deep scratch on the tailgate of my car. The response was quick and clear - telling me when they could get me in and how much the repair would likely cost. Based on their communication, the reviews I read, and the quote - which was really competitive! - I went ahead and scheduled the repair.
Not only did the team do excellent work (my car looks brand new) but they came in right at the estimate amount and the work was done in less than a day.
OUTSTANDING experience! I will definitely be recommending Paint Crafters to others and strongly encourage those looking for services here in Omaha to consider them.
Bonus points for the adorable office dog that greeted us when we picked up my car.

I was recommended PaintCrafters to fix my son's Blazer. I went in and talked with them on a Wednesday or Thursday and told me to drop it off Monday. When we dropped it off, I assumed it would be 3 or 4 days to fix the door striker as they have other vehicles to work on besides his. I got a call Tuesday morning telling me it was ready to go. I was very impressed how fast they were able to get it done and at the cost. The staff was very friendly as well. When I need bodywork in the future, PaintCrafters will be my first choice.
