Refused to put me in contact with regional manager regarding them making a mistake and not freezing my account. They didn’t complete the original freeze and when I followed up later in the month (on the 7th when things post) I was told that it was handled since I was out of town most of this month.My American Express was STILL charged the full amount and we originally had come to an agreement.and they were supposed to refund part of it. This never happened and nobody communicated with me that it wasn’t going to as I was told!!I had called back and they told me the notes say that they are not going to refund my money as agreed and therefore there was nothing they would do.I asked that they be accountable for their mistake and use this as a coachable moment for a learning opportunity and they said they do what corporate says and when I asked for their store leaders managers, managers number they refused to connect me with Emily or reach out to her on my behalf. I could go on but you get the point. So I have a full month charged to my American Express and was waiting for it to be refunded as I was told and then it never happened.Services: Tanning

Tanned before going to Mexico. Paid extra for a gold level stand up bed only to find out they had been putting me in a silver level stand up every time their (only) gold level was occupied without even telling me. Bad business and shady af.Service: Tanning

Solid service for a tanning operation. Location is easy to get to with free parking and typically little to no wait to get a room for all membership levels. The rooms are kept clean, reception is super friendly, and great flexibility with services around town. The only reason I cannot give this location five stars is due to challenges with Aqua mist equipment on some of the tanning equipment on a regular basis. With a little bit more attention I'm sure they can overcome this. Check it out

I walked into the cass street location to reactivate my account. I walked in at 7:45 and it was still open. The girl working Brooke says she’s not going to tan me because she has things do to. By this time she has already taken my money and still telling me she’s not going to tan me. Of course I said something back. The amount of unprofessionalism was absurd. So then I tan the next day having to drive back to another location on the 28th. Dealt with a very nice girl named shay at 42nd. Went on with my day. June 1st a letter comes in the mail from Jill Koob saying I’m barred and banned. Didn’t mention giving me my money back or anything. Just banned me. I am so glad to no longer be a customer at this place. But I would like my money back considering they charged me June 2nd and they banned me the 1st. Very fraudulent and very wrong. Not to mention the notes they put on your account talking badly about you. I don’t think this was fair nor did I deserve it. Wouldn’t give it a 0 star even. Don’t waste your money or time.Service: Tanning

I visited this location around 5 today and had never been to a professional tanning salon before. The two women working there were both extremely helpful and friendly by answering any questions I had. The whole place was clean and inviting.

I went in to cancel my membership because I haven't been tanning. I didn't have a negative opinion before going in today. One of the associates and a customer were not wearing a mask. I said something to the girl helping me and the girl not wearing a mask. She said she wasn't wearing one because she forgot it. I wasn't aware the pandemic was canceled because you forgot your mask. Also, they should have said something to the customer about no mask. There is a sign on the door that you need to wear a mask when entering. My point is even they can't even wear a mask while there is a city-wide ordinance to wear mask during a pandemic, how well are they cleaning things? If I ever need tanning services again, I will not be going here.

maybe this is the only way I can make some noise. last week I activated my membership, and bought a lotion that day. (I know buying product is super important, as these are salespeople) 2 days later, I bought a 2nd lotion. 2 HOURS after the purchase, I received an email for $25 off of a product purchase, a "birthday coupon" I've worked retail for many years. I assumed, hey, surely they could take care of me. I don't know anyone who would buy 3 lotions in 1 month, let alone 1 week. store manager wouldnt even hear what I had to say, flat out NO. She called her boss, blah blah blah. comes back and said she also said no. "I'm just the messanger, sorry"
