I have been very hesitant to write a review as I hate to be pessimistic; however, my experience with this location was terrible and now reading the previous review makes me feel validated and would not want anyone else to feel the same way I did for quite some time now. A friend of mine shared about a free month special for month of July, I went ahead and visited the location on end of June and was charged a fee of $25 to get started. I bought over $150 in products from staff and I tried bed tanning a total of 4 to 5 times. On the first time, I got burned, but I blamed myself because I used the bed for over 10 minutes. Believing that since it was my first time bed tanning, I blamed myself and thought next time I will do 8 minutes instead. The second time it happened again, and I decided to wait a period of time before going back again. After my 3rd time, i realized I kept getting negative skin reactions from tanning and I contacted staff to ensure ending membership/ canceling membership before they would charge full amount of over $100 for month of August. I called before 20th ofJuly to cancel, as explained by Miranda when I signed up (she said it needed to be done before the 21 for changes to be effectively done), but girl on the phone (unknown name as they don't identify themselves when they answer the calls), said I needed to do this on August 1st as I could not do it beforehand. I waited until August 1st and the girl said that if i wanted to tan one more time, that it would be fine and I would not get charge for month of August. She said since I signed up end of June, I had until August 14th as part of the free month and/or before getting charged the full amount. Since I was at the location already, I went ahead and tanned for less than 8 minutes. I completed paperwork, and girl reassured my that my free membership was cancelled and that I would not get charged any amount for August, but that I could still go in if I wanted to as it would be free until the 14th. On August, I was going over my credit card transactions, and noticed they charged $107.04 on August 2nd. I called and spoke to different girls and explained situation for a while over and over, they would say they would share information with manager Miranda, and they would have Miranda contact me back. Miranda did not contact me back and I continued to try until I reached one of the Managers, Courtney, I explained situation and she seemed nice and promised she would share information with billing and would try to at least refund me $60 to $80 (since she didn't think it was fair that I tanned once in August and they charged for the whole month-- again, I tanned on August 1st because the girl reassured me that it would not impact me at all). Courtney promised to send email to billing and include me on email and she said she would follow back with me once she had a response (stated requests usually take 2 weeks to process so I gave her over 2 weeks before I called back). Now, every time I call back, Courtney is not in and although I request that Courtney gets in contact with me next time she is in, to this day, I have not gotten a call from her. My last call to this location was on September 29th and left message for Courtney to get in contact. Personally, I felt ignored each time I called, and every time I spoke to Miranda, she sounded annoyed and unkind. I am extremely frustrated with the way these "Managers" have behaved- unprofessional, insensitive, and unresponsive. My experience with Palm Beach Tan has completely changed my thoughts about even considering bed tanning again.Services: Tanning

They sold me on false info. Paid for unlimited spray tanning, went 3 times then all of a sudden I have a few each time. Courtney the manager was so rude. I have tanned there for a while and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I have never written a review before but people should know as well as ownership. I wouldn’t want someone like that running my establishment. Again the manager was extremely rude, No customer skills what so ever. Machines have been broken the last two times I have been there, SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO SUN TAN CITY!

The girl was a good judge on what shade to use for my first spray tan! I couldn't hear the thing talking to so I was not able to follow instructions exactly but I figured it out.. lol.. And then I forgot my Jewelry in the room, she called right away and we turned around to get it. Well it was raining and she was nice enough to run my jewelry out to me so the rain didn't mess up my spray tan! I thought that was very thoughtful of her! I will definitely be back just because of her act of kindness!

Beds are fine. Typical tanning salon - tries to upsell you on everything. Don’t believe them if they say you have to come in to the salon to cancel your membership. It’s just another attempt to get your money!

Only complaint was I couldn't hear the direction for which way to turn. It wasn't loud enough.
