“UPDATE: everything was worked out between me and the amazing staff that they have working there I retract my previous statement of I will never be back. They do care about their customers in a huge way, and I was fortunate enough to have them vouch for me and find a fair solution for the both of us so I am very happy with the way that they worked with me on this. I’m gonna leave the last bit here just so that people can understand the grievance I had in the beginning.
GRIEVANCE: i am a frequent customer and usually well taken care of here, but I traded in a shotgun and purchased another ar style shotgun, which had nothing but problems. I bring the gun back in to inform them of the issue and they gave me a gift card with the full amount in return to spend on anything in the store, but I am not allowed to use that gift card to pull items out of pawn (per owner) Extremely disappointed last time i give them Business after the gift card is redeemed”

“Honesely, I love this little shop. They sell everything that your id desires. Check out the deals on close date snacks and grab yourself a piece of ugly but solid glass from behind the counter. No need to be shy - this is a judgement free zone. They have some basic groceries and an actually pretty good selection of stuff you might actually need like toilet paper, deodorant, and cat food, but otherwise this is one of Omaha's many, many convenience stores, with relaxed Midwestern laws letting them also serve as liquor/tobacco store/head shops, and by far it's my favourite - I still go by sometimes even though I moved to the other side of town. Basic selection of vapes, D8, and lots and lots of tobacco and tobacco use only materials. They don't have gambling machines, which I respect. And, all of the cashiers are really friendly and nice, and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. R is my favourite... Absolute legend.”
