Nikki and Jess are wonderful administrators for Pearle Vision. They are extremely pleasant and very helpful. The optometrist was very good about answering all of my daughter and I’s questions. We received quality service and this is a terrific location with amazing staff.

I have been a client along with my family of 4 for years at this location. Myself and my husband both had appointments 01/05 and I called to let them know as a courtesy that I was running just a few minutes late and I was on my way. I was told as long as I am not later than 10 minutes, no problem. Otherwise, after 10 minutes late, I would need to reschedule. I walked in at exactly 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment and I was turned away. Nikki and Jess were very rude and told me they said that within 10 minutes late and I would need to reschedule. They basically called me a liar saying they told me I had to be earlier than 9 minutes after my appointment to not lose my appointment. Well, my husband’s appointment was scheduled right behind mine and we both walked out and will not return to this location ever again. Nikki and Jess, although lazy and didn’t want to help a paying customer, hope you have a great weekend.

Staff was so easy to work with and much easier to deal with than Oakley on its own. Sunglass lenses are awesome!Going back and getting new regular glasses replaced tomorrow!Thank you so much Rebecca!!

The office staff has horrible communication skill. They do not take eye concerns seriously. My son had a yearly routine eye exam and he wears contact. Informed the ladies he was down to his last month of contacts. Was informed that it would be a 7-10 business days turnaround to receive contacts. I never received a phone call stating that the contacts were going to be late coming in. I had to call them and follow up. While speaking with the associate she said he was given trial contacts, I kindly informed her she was mistaken. She then retracted her statement and said oh that's probably why the shelf is empty. She said she would follow up with other stores to see if they had any again no word ba from her. I followed up the next day and was told a shipment label had been generated. Followed up again was told oh yes the lady you spoke with yesterday said we don't have any trial contacts. I said there was a label generated I need to know if there has been any movement. She checked and said oh yes Friday they should be here and we will call you. No I'll call you like I have been doing because it seems no one around there knows how to communicate. I will never do business with them again!!! F across the board especially in communication. Nikki (store manager) and Taylor, the customer service representatives.

An outstanding experience through and through. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and super informative. A huge thanks to Taylor for being amazingly patient while I went through their entire stock of frames (almost!). This Pearl Vision really did a great job. Ten out of ten stars!

Having "problematic eyes", a visit to Dr. Robinson and her associates at Pearl Vision, 147th and W. Maple St. Omaha,NE. was one of the best exams I have had. She is not only easy to talk with about eye problems, but understands the problems with your eyes, double checks, and LISTENS to you, the patient. She is thorough and takes her time with you. She takes any concerns you have into consideration and will work with you. If all the eye exams were like this, I would look forward to them. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson.

WONDERFUL experience! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff who take patient care very seriously - the prescription they set me up with is far superior to the one I received for my previous optometrist. I cannot recommend this location enough, not only will I be a customer for life but a cheerleader who will recommend this location everyone I know who needs glasses or contacts! From the receptionist to the optometrist, you will receive a first class experience. I cannot recommend them enough!(In response to the owner, you guys don't have to strive or struggle, you've already crossed the finish line!)
