Well, after reading the reviews I was worried that it was going to be a nightmare of a place but I know most people like to write bad reviews cause they don't understand how trucking is sometimes so I wanna share my experience. I arrived 2 hrs early the receptionist was a really nice woman she checked me in and assigned me to a door right away took 3 hrs to unload and sort a truck load of the frozen sandwiches they sell at the truckstops. I feel some of these reviews are people who are new to the refeer world and don't understand that places pull the product from your truck then break it down and if you have multiple products it's going to take a minute and if you drive poorly causing your load to tip or get messed up its going to take longer. My best advice is be nice to the shipper/receiver get in the door and take a nap and always bring snacks.

Security was super nice. This place is tight for backing. As others have said, take your time and go slow. Be kind and work with your fellow drivers

One of the hardest places to back into, guard rail strategically placed to you up and make the backing especially difficult. Absolutely no room, trucks crammed in like sardines.

No parking to check in. Park illegally on the street IF you can find a spot. Do not try to enter facility and check in, they will make you leave. If you can't find a spot then come into the facility to Uturn and go out the same way and find a spot in the other side of the street, then walk a 1/2 mile to check in. Once you get a door, go drive around the block to come back in. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

the worst company they make you wait on the street if you find a place after they called me I waited on a ramp for 4 hours for 4 pallets on top of all that they also have a lumper fee for God's sake don't come here

I dont know what all the complaints are about. I arrived 3 hrs late because I was 8 hrs late getting out of the shipper. 655 miles in 1 shot to make THAT time. I was put in a door immediately and unloaded. Got here at 9:52 for a 7am appt. Out by 1100. Also, whoever said there isn't any room to maneuver is full of horse dookie. She said only 2 trucks could theoretically cross in front of her. Id say at least 4 so she needs to turn in her keys.

Don't come early Don't come lateCome on time you still need to wait.Lazy service here.Checked in 15 minutes before my appointment time for delivery.The lady at the office said ohh OK we will call you when we have a door for you.it means waiting for a while until you receive a call. Exactly 2 hours after my appointment time I got a call for the door. and another 1 hour and 30 minutes for unloading.the total 3 hours and 30 minutes to finish.No parking inside the place not big enough.Parking outside the side of the street.Good thing the restroom is available next to the receiving office inside the building

Check in and dock personal professional and friendly. Fast unload. Only thing not much front room and spots at docks are real close to each other, but doable.

Appt 6 am. Finally. In door 8:45. Am. No movement of unloading yet. Brace yourself. Tight place to back up to dock.

The reviews are correct, avoid at all costs!! Arrived 20 mins before 7am appt, still waiting for a door over 2 hrs later. Watch other drivers check in well after me and then get a door!! Got the usual " we will call you" when asked what the delay is. Never again!!
