I made an appointment to have my dog groomed here, but when I got her there, the employee stated that my dog was matted, and I’d have to go to a Vet. I took her to someone else, and got it done. I’m not sure if this person didn’t know what she was doing, or just too lazy.

asian lady at the checkout needs to find a new job, probably not one who is front a center. not only is she lazy but rude - reminds me of a teenager at their first job.

Bruce, my 5 1/2 month old male yellow & white Lab, loves this place. BTW his fur coat hasn't decided which color he is going to be. So, this store is great.

I was greeted very friendly when entering the establishment. I found exactly what I was looking for. I also found other products that would enhance my furbaby's health. I also got great advice on other aspects of my furbaby's life. The staff enjoyed seeing pictures of my furbaby, and some even shared their own. It was a very nice experience.

I went in there to find some snails to feed a Cuban false chameleon. Amongst my searching, I came across some Madagascar hissing cockroaches. There were two containers and no food whatsoever in either container, same with all their Dubia roaches. The Madagascar hissing cockroaches were not in good shape, and one of them was dead. I asked to see And talk to whoever takes care of these animals and she came over and we had a discussion about why they do not feed any of their bugs. She told me that they don’t feed their bugs because then they become long-term residence. I did not even know what that meant and it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. So unfortunate that they cannot take care of them. I’m sure most people overlook the bugs, but I do not, they deserve to be fed, and they should be fed and if you cannot take care of them then do not sell them in your pet store. Also, one of their baby bearded dragons, one of the 10 that they had combined into two different terrariums was not looking so good. You should never combine more than one baby bearded dragon at one time or any bearded dragon for that matter, but I’m sure that’s not going to change with this pet store. It almost look like they’re just throwing food into a bowl and all the baby bearded dragons had to go eat out of the same small bowl and they’re not paying attention to how much each dragon is actually eating. This is extremely poor animal care and I hope they could have some better training and how to do things correctly.

Took my fur baby to the groomer for a bath and fur cut. They did an amazing job she looks so cute and they even put her outfit on for me.

If you’re looking for a small animal, go see Paige! She was SO kind to my son, who was looking for a new pet after losing his hamster. She took the time listening to him and brought out the sweetest little guinea pig from the back, who we have all totally fallen in love with!

Took my cat to get her vaccinations and now she has a lump they charge me $200 for the first appointment. I take her back for a follow up due to the lump from the vaccination. They charge me another $70 and give me no answers or suggestions Then tell me I need to pay $200 to see what the lump is.. mind you this is my child my baby and I’m already emotional and I spent $270 to do nothing but cause maybe a deadly cancer to my cat they give me nothing no answers and I can’t even contact the manager because they’re never in!!

On 8/29/24 at 11:50 am I Brought my two dogs in to get groomed 2 hours early because they text me the day before to do so. when I got there they seemed over booked , I came ten minutes earlier than the agreed time, they were rude, tried to tell me they would have to cut all my dogs hair off before they even looked at them. The workers seemed like they dont even like dogs and were resentful that we were there. I just took my dogs and left, we wont be back.
