Loved it. First time here since I moved to this area. Brought my 6 month old yellow lab in service training along so he could pick out his toy and treats. He needs more work on that. The store is nice and has a nice atmosphere. Will go back.

Walked in, found the cat treats i was looking for.
Went to the checkout to pay, added some money for the Petco Donation, and got a cool bag!!

Literally went in for a new bulb for my reptile. Petco always lacks on how they care/treat their reptiles and basically has them all identically taken care of when they each have different needs
My biggest issue was the pricing. Since the tag for the item, they had marked for 3 dollars. It was the exact same item I grabbed, I made sure. Took it up to the front and I was left in awe when they tried to charge me 16 dollars for a bulb that dies within a month or so.
And when I immediately changed my mind on buying that bulb they gave me a look like I committed a felony since I wasn’t willing to pay that absurd price. It was fairly priced on their website, which was the whole reason I went to begin with but to be charged near double than the online price? Yikes

We came in for the tank sale and looked at the fish to see if there was any we were interested in. The aquariums were filthy and disgusting and most of the fish were sick. The employess were not friendly at all. This was the Petco at 132nd and Maple in omaha,Ne.. We normally shop at the Petco in Grand Island, NE and their aquariums are clean, fish are healthy and staff is friendly and helpful. I have kept and bred fish for 50+ years and was totally disgusted with this store.

Took my new fur baby there for his first grooming.
Did well, and came out looking (and smelling) great! Only disappointment was groomer couldn't clip his nails. (He doesn't like it and is very strong)
She thinks, in time, she may be able to get him to cooperate.🤞🏼

This was a very quick transaction. I did an order online with curbside pickup and I waited less than 3 minutes before they brought the order out to the car. I thought that was exceptional

I took my old pup Belle to Petco off of maple and Brittney (spelling?) took amazing care of her. She has a small injury and she was really careful in bringing her to the back and the return.

Absolutely disgusting grooming facility and appalling customer service. I was 10 minutes late for a grooming appointment. The employee sat on the other side of the glass for a few more minutes and then proceeded to tell me thatbi need to reschedule because I was more than 15 minutes late. So she basically waited just long enough to accuse me of being that late when in fact, it was her stalling that caused it. I watched her handle a dog and if had been my dog she handled like that, she would have had a huge problem on her hands. I was warned about this location and I should have listened. My dog didn't even want to go in cause he knew something was wrong. Absolutely no excuse for the filthy mess,the terrible customer service and the rough way she treated that other dog. If you're smart, and you love dogs, I'd let her go immediately.
