I had an appt with a certain groomer arrived and she wasn’t available. I live 30 minutes away and they did not bother to call and tell me sorry WE booked you with her but she isn’t available. Expected me to just accept any other groomer. Totally a waste of my time!!! How rude!!!! How unprofessional!!! How NOT to run a business!!!!

We had a great experience with grooming at Pets Earth today. They were able to work us in last minute and took great care of my dog. My dog is really nervous so I appreciate the staff getting her in and out quickly. Emily did a great job! We will be back!

Beware if you look at the hours on Google it doesn’t reflect that the self wash closes an hour before the store does. Walked in at 6:55 unaware until I saw the hours on the door. Unfortunately, I drove 30 minutes out of the way to stop and was unable to give my pup a bath.

I really appreciate the self-service dog wash.Easy to use,everything you need is right there. They have a separate room for drying as well.Staff was also super helpful and welcoming.

We took our goldendoodle there for a much needed grooming and the team could not have been friendlier! They were thorough in explaining what would be done and asking our preference for how her cut would be done. And, when she was done she looked great! I also loved how, while waiting for me to come pick up, her groomer (I think Nicky) mentioned that our dog was cuddling on her lap - I should note our dog is 50 pounds!I highly recommend Pets Earth!

Our groomer Ben did an amazing job on our doodles hair and nails. He was super gentle. Love this place! They are very friendly and took great care of our fur baby.

Nikki does a great job with my less than a Social Chihuahua mix. She was an abused rescue when I got here and had only one groomer from my prior vet before I moved here. Nikki took her time the first time I took her in to get down on her level and talk to her. Evidently it's a match made in heaven for the both of them.

My Irish setter hates loud noises, the sight of scissors, nail clippers, and his shampoo bottle. The groomers managed to keep him calm and he looked so handsome afterwards! Worth the 2 month waitlist

We brought our 2 furbabies to Pets Earth for a bath. It was so easy and convenient . My back GREATLY appreciates the ability to stand and wash our dogs! Everyone was so helpful! We will be back!
