This gas station withheld $150.00 for a $15.00 gas purchase on a credit card. ? I haven't had that happen at any other caseys before.

I would give this caseys 0 stars due the disrespect I received went in with fuel saver card on my phone ma ager gave me a dirty look said she couldn't use it when it was clearly on my phone I have numerous caseys refuse people that have fuel saver cards with points which you are supposed to use also she used profanity I a. Rather disgusted at the treatment I have received at your locations I asked her for coperate number she refused to give it to me I do not deserve e the kindD of disrespect I have received in your stores Terrible just k iw I wi8ll be calling coperate including ceo of your company I want something done about this

Never a good experience. Pay at the pumps never work. Today it was the last day I will try this place. Desperate need of a remodel. Won't go here again.

This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I would have taken a picture of the moldy ice cream machine but you get the picture.. The owner or management really needs to step up their game or hire employees that care. Very unfortunate.

The manager, Amy, is absolutely terrible. Not only to customers but to the employees as well. She is lazy, she literally will listen to the phone ring multiple times and will not answer it. She barks orders at the employees who are already very busy. When a customer has a complaint, her response is “go to another caseys”. She also smokes right in front of the front doors.Definitely not someone you want running your store.
