They close early all the time, food is always kept well past the time it should be thrown out. I saw breakfast burritos in the warmer with a throwout time of 10:30am when it's late afternoon.

I am a frequent visitor of Casey's, as a delivery driver I am all over town. I stopped in today to fill my water bottle and purchase a slice of pizza and some other items. I asked the manager and another employee coming out of the office. I asked if I could get water since there wasn't a sink or tap at the fountain. I was abruptly told NO ! , I must purchase bottled water. I won't even mention other instances of extremely poor customer service I have had at this store or that it is probably the dirtiest store I visit. Needless to say I will not be using that store for anything more than a restroom break. I would rather spend more at QT, or another store if one is not close enough then give that store another dime of my money. Later that day I visited another Casey's and was extremely happy with their service. From talking to the manager at that store it is my understanding that the manager at the Hillsdale store is new. My comment to her was he should be fired immediately.

Dirtiest Casey's I've ever been to. Floors sticky the whole floor from the cooler doors to hot plate.

The only thing I’m complaining about is why are your signs outside for gas so much cheaper than the pump when you get to the pump it’s not the same. It’s false advertisement come on guys don’t do that to us. I could’ve easily went somewhere else instead of being lied to on how much the gas really cost per gallon

I cant speak for the gas or food since I only stop there occasionally, maybe a few times a month for a lotto ticket or drink, but when I do the cashiers are really friendly.

Casey's on Hillsdale Ave. drove to this location because I had been so disappointed at the nearby location. Just wanted a breakfast pizza. Ordered online. Arrived early for pickup. Counter staff was friendly. Kitchen staff was friendly, attentive and professional. It was worth the extra little drive.

I also filled up with gas 2/28/24 and there was a scam card there and I didn't know it. Because of it really caused a mess at my back so I won't be back at any of Casey's.

NEVER, and I mean NEVER any pizza or hot food at this location. It doesn't matter if it is 8 in the morning, noon, or evening. If you want Casey's pizza you have a better chance of finding it up the street at Hy-Vee gas station than you do at this Casey's location. You want a receipt after purchasing $200 worth of gas? Be prepared to go inside and stand in a line of 15 people deep just to get a receipt.
