I filled up my car with gas and I bought a car was at Russell Speeders. In addition to the windshield wash, they have big washing fluid as well! They have a fully automated air machine too ❤️ I look forward to coming back!

Thinking it may be a scam they took my phone number and not my email which I would need to cancel the membership . They made it sound like it would be a breeze to cancel but there is no one to contact !!! The wash part is fine but cheaper in other places and they have the same equipment you can use

Car wash put huge dent in my car and supervisor and employees pulled every stunt imaginable to avoid taking responsibility. They did not file a report and they wouldn't pay for damage. I go to touchless car washes now.

I'm glad they opened this location. The one on Saddlecreek was extremely dangerous to exit as you can't see the oncoming speeding traffic because the turn's view is blocked. I like RS as they do a decent job but dislike the constant upsell. I don't drive my car enough to need it washed often but it's hard for them to take no for an answer. I'm sure they make a commission so hard to fault them but so annoying. I'm posting a picture of what their sign says one of their washes included. One of the items is "spa scent". If you want a laugh ask them what that is. When I purchased this wash I asked if I got the spa scent as the sign reflected, thinking I'd get a scented wafer. I was told that to get that I should turn off the recycle mode on my air conditioner, turn up the blower and as I went through the wash and the spa scent would fill my car!! LMAO!!! What they are talking about is the smell of soap one smells when they drive through a car wash. You know...the scent that disappears as soon as you leave the wash. Too funny. Are there really people that think this is a great feature??

Quality & Value scored high marks for my rental car wash--- though exiting the car wash I nearly got run over-- do locals understand how risky leaving this business is?

Very rude. Also be anware are no vacuums you can pay a limited amount of time. They try to bully you into purchasing a car wash or membership. Do not come here unless you want to purchase a monthly membership.

Love the new Russell Speeders on 90 th St. How you find all the friendly and polite and hard working young people you have working there makes it a pleasure to wash there. Love the products you supply and like the plentiful cleaning cloths that I get to leave there too. Great addition to the neighborhood!

They still haven't provided me with a receipt for my last month's membership, so I'll have to eat the $27 that I needed to submit the receipt for expenses to get paid back. I tried getting a receipt from the location I go to. They couldn't print it out for some reason. (Is it really that difficult to get a receipt printed out or texted to me?). Then I texted and called one of the managers in corporate. No response. Then called the 402-810-7850 customer service number, and no one answered, and the message said the person's mailbox hadn't been set up. Really?? Customer service doesn't answer the phone and hasn't set up their voice mail box yet?? Wow! And all you had to do was text me a receipt..

Great visit to Russell Speeder's Car Wash off of 118th and West Dodge. There was no hard sale when I approached the cashier. You must be careful, unlike other car washes, to align your fron left tire to the conveyer belt that guides your vehicle through the wash cycle. What I really liked was the option to not only use the vacuum but the other cleaning products without any additional charges. The tire cleaner was worth the visit. I will be back.
