I stopped at this gas station at 9:45pm, 15 minutes before their posted closing time of 10:00pm, only to find that they had already closed. There was no explanation--just lights off and everything shut down early. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a lack of respect for customers. If you advertise being open until 10, you should stay open until 10. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Very disappointing, twice in one week I stopped at this store and I had to go look for a cashier. This morning there were four workers all talking back where they make the food and I had to ask if any of them were cashiering. The girl walked up and grabbed what I needed, not saying one word except after I paid she said there you go. Customer service at this location is horrible with the exception of one employee who is a middle-aged woman with very short Sandy blonde hair.

This Casey's hours are supposed to be until 10 pm. Unfortunately, if you go in at 9:40 you will get glared at and the lights turned off on you. When going up to the counter you will be told that they actually close at 9:45 and the register turns off at that time. Then the employee will tell you it's because the boss doesn't want to pay overtime. Change your posted hours then! It is unsafe to turn all the lights out on your paying customers 20 minutes before your posted close time because you need to get out of there sooner!

Be warned if you are a Veteran. I wore a OIF shirt and the mad behind the counter refused to take my money and would not allow my daughter to buy candy. Pretty sure refusing service based on my disabled veteran status is illegal. Stay Away from this place

I love Casey’s but screw this location. Line 15x people long. One dude got fed up and just walked out with his items without paying. And there was another employee standing around by the pizza instead of opening register #2

Filthiest store, Coffee station was disgustingly dirty with product all over the counter and dispensers. Food was barely lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting for a while.
I can 100% guarantee I will not be visiting this location again

The employees here seem angry when they have to help customers (by help I mean check them out) I really need to stop going here...
Well since you responded I gave this place another chance, wow I would like to say you improved, but the lady who just checked me out was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a lotto ticket

I bought what was supposed to be a salted carmel cappuccino but was actually just a regular black coffee. it was disgusting. What a waste of $3! I won't ever make that mistake twice.
