**March 2024** I have used this facility on and off for over six years now and each time I’ve been treated very well.Denise (I think) is the receptionist’s name and she is always friendly and helpful when I come in. She’s very good about explaining the insurance policies and how they impact me.Louisa was my phlebotomist (vampire) today. And she, like most of the other phlebotomists, was patient with me. I am a challenging stick and they are good about taking my information and trying to get blood with minimal pain and multiple sticks.I am very grateful they work with me.Note: the laboratory is kinda hard to find as it’s set in an industrial area. It’s an older building too. They have done a much better job in recent years in making it more handicap accessible but sadly, it’s is an old building .

I had a great experience. I went first thing in the morning (I needed fasting bloodwork) and got checked in quickly. The receptionist was very pleasant. The phlebotomist I saw, I believe her name was Kathy, was very friendly and welcoming. She and I had a great conversation while she drew my blood and she explained everything as she was doing it. Very easy to work with, at least so far in the process.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. THEY DO NOT TREAT EMPLOYEES EQUALLY. THE MANAGEMENT SUCH AS HR JENNIFER SMITH, BILLING MANAGER JAMIE LOCH AND THERESA WATSON. THEY CANT BE TRUSTED AT ALL THEY WILL VIOLATE YOUR PRIVACY TO OTHER EMPLOYEES. JENNIFER IN HR TOLD A COWORKER THAT I WAS MAKING $400 A WEEK WHEN I WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE. BLACK PEOPLE ARE TREATED DIFFERENTLY IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO BENEFIT THEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING FOR A COMPANY LIKE THIS AND THE SAD PART IS THERES NOONE TO GO TO SO THEY TERMINATED YOU INSTEAD OF HELPING YOU

Denise at the front desk has a great smile and was very friendly! Marion took my blood, and wow, was she fast! I barely felt the needle. Thank you both for making my day!!

This company is a joke. I’ve been sending proof I’ve made payments through there online system and there stating they can’t see it and never received a payment. I can’t wait to be done working this d*** company.

Lady at the front desk was very nice. There was hardly any wait to be seen for my blood draw. The nurse was friendly and efficient. She found a vein first try and I barely felt it. From start to finish I was barely there 15 minutes.

I had forgotten how nasty and impolite the weekend receptionist is. Always a delight to be forced to use their services.

If I could give place 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend anybody working for this place they seem to be nice in the beginning then they turn on you. And as far I’m concerned I will not get my labs done there either if I ever have to have them done.

Wish I could give negative stars. One is being gracious. The phlebotomist was straight rude. This review won't matter because I see multiple reviews about front desk about the phlebotomist being rude from the past few years--so what a shame. But I went in for a COVID saliva test this morning and the receptionist was fine, asked me to fill out the first page and MARK the second page. I filled out the first- and MARKED some of the second. The phlebotomist who was apparently working two positions that moment asked if I filled everything out. I said yes, she checked the back and in a sour tone said, "No you didn't. I asked if you filled it all out." I then said I thought I didn't have to fill the other part (race/ethnicity), she said, "No, you weren't listening." I was kind of in shock like did she really get smart for no reason. I could have been instructed further in a positive way what is left I need to fill out. Then, after I said, I must not have been listening fully ( I did just wake up), the phlebotomist proceeded to say about me, "Coming in here with your play clothes on." HUH?! * I was wearing pink pajamas. ( I work from home as well) and I am 39 years old granny! Then after I said these are pajamas and I just woke up, then breathed hard to to calm down and trying not to disrespect my elders because she was like 80, she THEN said out loud to herself she needed glue for her mouth. **So you knew you were being rude** I go back for the saliva test, it wasn't working to well because I was dehydrated and couldn't produce much workable saliva, she told me what it needed to be, then I was telling her I couldn't do much more because I needed water, she then was reexplaining as if I was an idiot, then said do you understand, and I said yes, I am not stupid, she then said she was making sure since I didn't understand how to fill out the papers up front. I AM APPALLED at her ugly attitude. Denise upfront heard her as well but probably wouldn't admit to the other lady's terrible customer service. Thanks for listening to this true long story. I could have gotten ugly back but I was raised differently than some others.

Both the receptionist and phlebotomist were kind and efficient! I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I try really hard to be super nice to the front desk lady but she's not pleasant or kind. The lady that drew my labs was just as unpleasant. It's like they hate their job and resent people that come in to get blood work. They weren't prepared with the correct tubes and a quick blood draw took 15 minutes on top of the 10 minute wait. Then they didn't make sure I wouldn't bleed through the bandaid and they removed the cotton so I did bleed through the bandaid on my way home.

Had to take my 15 yr old daughter to get blood drawn. She was extremely nervous. The phlebotomist we had was AMAZING! (Wish I knew her name!) She was so kind, caring and patient. My daughter said she didn’t feel a thing either! Well done??

I've had to come here twice in the past year, and have had good experiences both times.

I have never been turned over to collections. I paid the bill that was sent to me in the exact amount listed. The bill came much later than my appointment at a doctor's office. After sending in payment I then received a letter from Collections saying I still owe $55.00. I called collections and they said I have until the end of the month before my credit would be affected. I said it sure would be nice if they would call their customers and let them know there is still a balance (a balance that I did not know about since it wasn't reflected on my bill). I was told they "don't have the manpower." I haven't ever given a bad review ever on-line before. However, I felt compelled to because if I was a doctor's office I would not use them as lab. Bad customer service and def left a terrible taste in my mouth. I intend on telling the doctor's office as I would not want to be drug down with their name. I would give it 0 starts; but, that isn't an option.
