Says they open at 7:30 a.m. Need I say more? Most other locations are open at 8:00am for the drive-thru this one says 7:30 so obviously I drove a long way to get here

Not too thrilled when I sign up for a checking account. They automatically set me up with paper statements (not notifying me that it would cost $5.00 per month for the statements). After I received my first statement I noticed the $5.00 charge. I called them to inform them that I do not need paper statements that I would never look at anyway and to send an E-Statement or no statement at all. They changed that on my account and I asked them if they would reimburse me my $5.00 since I was not notified of the paper statement charge and would not pay $60 per year for that. The gal said she would have to get manager's approval, put me on hold and 1 minute later came back and said that the manager declined the reimbursement. I was like “reallyâ€, it's $5.00. Again, it's $5.00 and not that big of a deal - but, the general concept is customer service - which doesn't seem like they care about their reputation. I wouldn't recommend this bank for that purpose alone. Hope that manager has a nice $5.00 footling on my $5.00 they took of mine!
