I would give 0 stars if that were possible! Rude and unprofessional staff at their 1 and only location in Grand Island unfortunately. They refuse to let you speak to a manager when you call them out on something. If you do get to speak to a manager it is one from a department that has nothing to do with what you are wanting to accomplish and they would rather refuse to let you open a new account then apologize when they are wrong. Good job Pinnacle Bank, you lost a 38 year customer and atleast 5 others are discussing following. I leave this review here only since this is corporate headquarters.

Highly disappointed with the quality of the mobile app. It’s so archaic, like it was made in the 2000s when dialup was the norm. There isn’t even an app for commercial accounts, so I can’t make commercial mobile deposits (I have to drive to a branch, which is the only reason I visit them!). Come on, even Facebook allows mobile money transfers (and possibly international crypto-payments soon). Step up your game, Pinnacle!!! Just asking for what other financial institutions have been doing for YEARS. No wonder Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and JP Morgan are bigger & better. Currently, there’s no value proposition to using Pinnacle over any other banks.

I love Pinnacle! I've never had a problem with them. The customer service is always great and they don't waste your time or pester you with offers for other financial services like the bigger banks do. Happy I switched.
