Moved here from another state and my credit union isn’t available here so I wanted to open a checking account and was denied because of a collection account that will be paid within the next month. Don’t even owe much on the collection but was still denied. Once it’s paid, I’m not returning.

This bank consumes time to provide correspondence required for account transactions. They take your money and collect high interest rates loaning out to others . Further, internal policies limit the liquidity of your provided funds for their benefit. Remember , banks work for you.... and if they don't work 24 hours a day seven days a week why are you paying them ? This will not be an issue in 5 years : small banks get treated by large banks as pinnacle treats their customers .... milk and burden till no longer useful . #CRYPTO #MYMONEY #WORK_HARDER

Atm has eaten cash when depositing twice now. Still haven't gotten a response from the first incident. Will be closing my account and don't recommend doing business with them.

Friendly staff. Clean and inviting office space. A lower desk is available at the counter for those in wheelchairs or for those who simply need to be seated. Safety deposit boxes are available.

I haven't stepped into a Pinnacle Bank before until today. I had to ring the buzzer and they asked for me to remove my mask before allowing entrance. It was a short visit, signing docs and not providing anything else. I bank with another institution but thought if I ever decided to change, I would highly consider this financial institution over the other competitors based on how we were treated today. Professional, organized, and very helpful.

Currently very pleased with this bank. Online access setting up account was very convenient, and easy to navigate. Full range of options, and services. Personal initial experience going into this branch, was comfortable, decent parking access, and the teller was friendly. Received very good service, no hassles, well informed, and accurate.
