Went to underwood location Came In at 8pm didn't close until 11And they where out of small medium pizzas in every style didn't have breadsticks cheese sticks didn't have stuffed crustThen someone came in and got a stuffed crust pizza literally while I'm standing there not saying the store is bad but this crew definitely means the store no good and should be replaced with better ppl

The Pizza Hut in Bellevue was Very Disrespectful! They gave me some one else pizzas and have not refunded my money or apologized. I have called corporate office for the past two weeks to no avail. Not only that they put onions on the pizza and my son is severely allergic. When I called to inform them of their mistake I was told that they don't have small onions and hung up on at least 8 times. She was right. They have huge purple ones thank God. I could see them. I am NEVER eating here again in my life. Pizza Hut period. The so called manager has no appreciation for their customers and should have never been placed in the position she is in. Its just really sad. They keep saying that some lady Lorie is calling me. She has called and not at the times she was supposed to. I just want my money back. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I EAT HERE PERIOD!!These employees have scarred me for life and it won't happen again.I will continue to try and get my money back for their Mistake!!!! Buyers BEWARE. NEVER AGAIN

I live in Fremont, NE. I like Pizza Hut, unfortunately because of this incident I will not return to any store in the future. I am a Supervisor at a truss building company and I used Pizza Hut many times to feed my guys and thought I would be a valued customer. I always order online so its easier and I've never had a problem. On 10/27/2014 I submitted my order and it said it could not process at this time, so I called and the girl on the other line was very helpful and gave me the online prices without hesitation, it was a very smooth process. The next day I bought pizza for more of my employees and I had ordered 4 pizza's earlier in the day online (I work 3pm-3am and always pick up my pizza at 9pm) so I wouldn't forget. Around 8PM I decided that I would need 1 more pizza, so instead of placing a 2nd order I called to add to my order. I ordered the large pizzas for $7.99 online and the girl helping me told me it would be $14 more for the 1 pizza. I told her I was just adding to my online order and she didn't know how to do this so she put the manager on the phone. Obviously the manager didn't ask her any questions or listen to me because he took his sweet a** time reading the order back to me adding the extra pizza on quoting the same price the girl had just told me and I explained to him that I was busy and didn't have time and I would just order it online. Again at a slow pace he said he would fix it then read it back again and then quoted me the same thing. At this time I was irratated and told him I would just order it online and hung up. I placed my order online. I recieved a call from a cell phone and this manager called me from his personal phone and continued to tell me the same thing that I couldn''t get online prices when I call it in. in the online sight it says to call the store to cancel or change your order. That is what I did and got absolutely no help from the manager. Of all people that could help me it was the girl from the prior day that wasn't even in management. I spend a lot of money with you guys and I now will take my business to the new Dominos they just opened here. Thanks for nothing. In my line of work if we invest time into our employees and they invest back we go out of our way to help them in any way needed.

This place was a pit and there were no customers in the restaurant!! We called our order in because we knew how slow the service was going to be. Food was actually good but no one ever came out to clean up the mess in the dining room. When someone did clean off a table they only wiped off half of it and wiped all the food onto the floor and left it. In the middle of all if this one of the employees asked if they could leave since they weren't busy and they let them leave without checking to see if the dining room was even clean! Still sitting here with no customers and bunches of dirty tables!! The employees however have plenty of time to stand around and talk.
