Went there for an early dinner. Staff was rude and NO pizza on the buffet. Way over priced and decided that will be my last Pizza Ranch experience. Good luck with your visit.

For a pizza buffet this is one of the most affordable, biggest selections, and closest option for us. We come here pretty frequently but we also love arcades and even though this one is usually filled with children we still have a great time every time. I love that you can request something specific whenever you're there. The chicken bacon ranch on thin crust is my go-to. I also love their fried chicken, and whenever they have the salad mix with feta and either walnuts or pecans. Yesterday we got to try their strawberry cactus bread. And I'm always a s***** for soft serve. The person at the register is so cheery and kind, I hope he never changes.

Food and service was good, but we reserved the party room, which was WAY to small. We didn't even have the full number that they said the room would hold. It ruined the whole experience for us.

The food is good. Sometimes they struggle to keep enough food out but the food is fresh and delicious! I like the new setup of the buffet tables and the expansion of the main dining room.

My friend and I visited the Pizza Ranch pizza buffet this morning at 11am. It wasn’t very busy but had fresh food out including pizza, fried chicken, and a salad bar. The lettuce for the salad had seen better days but overall the food was good. The FunZone Arcade was small and in a separate area from the buffet. It was reasonably priced and had a nice selection of prizes. The two downsides was the water in the ice game smells awful and needs to be changed. The second downside causing me to rate 4/5 stars was approximately 30% of their games were broken or offline. We would have stayed longer and spent more money if they were up and running as some were my favorites. (Down the clown and let’s bounce).

This place always hits the spot. Just went for the first time after their remodeling, and it looks so nice! The front desk worker was the icing on the cake. I didn't catch a name but they had something nice to say to each customer in line, great way to be greeted:)

The dude that greets you was so friendly and helpful. Having a wheat allergy isn't easy but he made it easy. They have the absolute best gluten free pizza hands down. I've tried several other places and none compare. The crust is fluffy and crispy not thin and gross. Full of flavor. Highly recommend. Please note I only have a wheat allergy I'm not celiac.

Pizza Ranch on 84th in Omaha was DISGUSTING! Staff did not tend the buffet so there was little to no food for all the families who were there. And the patrons who were there were VERY messy, spilling and throwing food all over the floor around the buffet, spilling food into the salad bar ingredients, basically treating it like it was a garbage hole. And the staff did nothing to remedy it. My family loves the Pizza Ranch in Norfolk so we took a chance on Omaha. Never again.

The chicken that DoirDash delivered was fine. The DoorDash menu says that the 2 chicken breast dinner includes potato wedges and a biscuit. It does not. I called and was told they recently changed t

you could improve by keeping up with the out takeoff pizza on buffet. My first experience will be my last 34 dollars for chicken and instant potatoes, not exactly what I had in mind, wish it was a better experience but it was not. Save your money and get to go or at least scope buffet and inside first seriously

So we tried again ordering from this Pizza Ranch. Last time, about 2-3 months ago, we ordered online for delivery, our card was charged, and we waited patiently for our food. After about an hour of waiting, we called and were told that online ordering was unavailable and delivery was unavailable and yet our card was charged for the order and everything online said that the order went through and was in process. Nope! Effing nope! We were then told that we would be refunded and given food vouchers for next time. NOPE! Nothing ever came in the mail as we were told it would. Flash forward to tonight. Ordered food online at 6:57 with est delivery time at 7:37. Nothing indicated it wasn’t available or anything to the contrary. We called at 8. This time the “manager” claimed they never saw the order and that it was received a half hour after their delivery driver left… what a joke this place. Then told that, well we can’t make anything for ya. It’s too late. Sorry about your bad luck. The inconvenience this caused us both times, first time was days after coming home with our newborn, cooking being the last thing we wanted to do. And this time it was just a hard day for everyone and all we wanted was some pizza and chicken… Nope! Not for us. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THERE’S WAY BETTER PLACES FOR PIZZA, CHICKEN, AND ESPECIALLY SERVICE!

What the heck is wrong with this place? Walked up to the register to pay and eat, employees just walked away and left a line of people waiting, kept looking at us as they wandered around, doing nothing. and ignored us. Foot high stacks of dirty plates everywhere and no one cleaning off tables. Place was a disgusting mess. Pizza Ranch is staffed by complete morons. Don't eat here.

We went here out of nostalgia because my grandma used to love the fried chicken. I remember they used to have these thick cut fries, but they have replace them with potato chips. We went on a Saturday night, so I can understand it would be busy. The buffet was all out of pizza and chicken, so we had to sit and wait for a while for them to re-stock the buffet. When they did add chicken and pizza, it was like a mob scene, survival of the fittest, as everyone ran up to the buffet to fill up before it was gone again. We would've like to order a custom pizza, as they advertise, but we couldn't find any staff to order. I do admire that they hire some special needs people to work at the Buffet. They were quick to clean off tables and clear empty plates. The food on the buffet was average, nothing to write home about. The chicken was the highlight, as it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You do have to run up if you want your choice of piece. I do love a salad bar, call me old fashioned, and I have missed them during the pandemic. The pizza was ok, and we were limited by the dew varieties they put out while we were there. Lots of kids, and I cannot comment on the arcade. I can understand how this is a family place because there is something for everyone.

Honestly? This place is disgusting. Silverware and plates aren't washed properly. You can find leftovers of food on them. Tables and floors aren't clean. Soda machines are broken and mislabeled. The food is fine, but i felt disgusted by how the place was kept, and im not often a germaphobe.

This business is conveniently located near the interstate, so easy access on and off. (84th street).Maybe it was due to the large crowd during our visit, but the food(buffet style) was scarce. Had to wait to replenish the chicken(10 minutes) and the vegetables were very low. The pizza was plentiful, so ate more pizza than i wanted, but as stated hopefully it was due to excess customers. Price is in-line with other pizza buffets (12.99 per person).
