Planet Fitness is a welcoming and friendly gym. Many reviewers call it their favorite location, noting it is the best in the area. The staff are consistently described as very friendly, helpful, courteous, patient, and kind. They are willing to help with questions and explain details, which makes members feel at ease. The management is also noted as really great. The club is praised for being always very clean and organized, with all equipment kept clean. The customer service is highlighted, with staff always greeting members with a smile. However, a couple of downsides are mentioned. Sometimes there are not enough clips for equipment, and occasionally a few people use machines for a very short time then spend a long time on their phones, which some feel the staff should monitor. Overall, it is seen as a strong, judgement-free place to work out.

I've been to my fair share of planet fitness gyms and this one might be my favorite! Tonya at the front is just a delight and everything always seems so clean!
