I have been going to this location for 4 years. The stylists are friendly, welcoming, helpful when I have Questions and do a great job cutting my hair. I feel lucky to have found a great salon when I moved to Omaha.

It's upsetting that this retail service is now closed at 5:30! My husband has been going to this location for years and what a shock! The gals that work there need their hours! The staff always gives him a great cut, so quality is spot on. It's just disappointing. ?♀️. And the website needs to be updated!

Great service! Beth, Tina and Nichole do a great job with my son and his hair.Not really happy about the hours they have now. Even online doesn’t match the hours posted on the door.It’s every hard to make an appointment with Cost cutters, cutting their hours now.

I have been a customer for years, and I get a good, simple haircut. There have been times this particular location has been understaffed, and my wife started going to a different salon to get her hair colored and styled. Still, it is a nice place for simple haircuts.

Great place and service! Only thing is they close early and it’s inconvenient. They’re already closed when i get off work. Most haircut places don’t close at 5:30. I started going to cost cutters when Nicole started there. It’s becoming more difficult to coordinate a haircut and may need to rely on other places that work better with my schedule.

I typically do not leave reviews because I'm a firm believer of good and bad days but out of approximately the 10 times my husband and boys have gone here for simplistic boy cuts such as "high and tights" they've walked out with flaws. Most of the flaws were subtle so we went on with our lives. That is until yesterday when my son walks out looking like a toddler cut his hair... I'd post a picture but for the sake of his embarrassment I'll just explain it...he walked in with nearly chin-length skater-boy hair and asked for a trim cutting about 2" off...what actually happened is he came home with unlevel hair length (not even close to 2" cut but with very evident "missing" sections). His bangs, which were grown out the length of his hair and wanted it kept that way with a trim, were suddenly chopped above his eyebrows, again extremely uneven. His father had taken him to the hair appointment or else I wouldn't have even walked out of their salon until it was fixed. I attempted to go there today to correct it (getting home from work at 5:45) thinking they close at 7 - at least that's what their website states...but nope. They actually close at 6. Which brings me to one last complaint...on two specific occasions, my husband arrived at 5:30 asking for a haircut (again, very easy cuts) and the stylist (male, unsure of his name) literally sighed with annoyance each time. Absolutely no professionalism! It's simple, politely educate your customers about what time you stop taking walk-ins, politely inform them of their waitime if they choose to stay, and encourage better ways to ensure a seat in the future (website, online check-in, etc). Do NOT sigh with disgust because a client is bringing you income.In summary, I do NOT recommend. How many "bad days" does one hair salon have where your clients are constantly unsatisfied...

Absolutely worst haircut ever!!! Lars gave my 11yr old son the worst haircut ever! I don't even know how you could cut hair for a living and then have the audacity to charge over $20! First off, website says they are open until 7pm, but they always close at 6pm. Son had a 6pm appt which was booked online, but of course they call to see if we can come in early so they can be rushed to be gone by 6pm. Only reason we didn't call him out on the spot was because my son's bangs we're swooped to the side so you could really tell. Once home the picture tells the story. Called to speak with Lars at 545pm and of course no answer cuz he was probably well on his way home. You should be ashamed of yourself to charge people for your shortcomings!

Larry is my go to when it come to getting my hair cut and or coloring. So wonderful an just a wonderful person and staff. The recommendations are amazing by staff and just all around love it love my hair and love Larry.
