I visited this store on December 2nd, 2023, in the late evening to purchase a sports item for a friend. I mention this because I want recognition given to the two young men who offered assistance with my purchase. They greeted me as I entered and were extremely kind. Both asked if I am finding everything OK. I appreciate the great experience, and that led me to write about it!

I showed up to the store on March 7th at 1130 and was met with very terrible customer service from an employee with glasses and a green hockey jersey .Very rude . Wasn’t very helpful with finding items or wasn’t knowledgeable on items present. Was very short and overall unpleasant. At the end of my transaction employee tossed my bag of items nonchalantly on counter . There are plenty of sports stores in the area next time I’ll take my business elsewhere.
